Tantie Pearl’s is a gem on this island! We came for NYE dinner and it didn’t disappoint. The sunset views are spectacular high above the bay, and the food and drinks were yummy and home cooked. Best part? We got to learn how to draw a unicorn from the chef’s daughter - the adorable cherub who welcomes many of the tables. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We loved Tantie Pearl’s! Burgers were absolutely delicious, and what a view. Nice music, great service, loved the orange woodwork. Promise the reward is sweet once you make it up the hill. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

A fabulous, family run place with lovely hospitality, an incredible view and the tastiest of rotis! Definitely worth the walk up the hill. We arrived just as the restaurant was shutting, but they opened up for us and were so welcoming and the lunch was delicious. Meal type Lunch

An excellent elevated position above the town, this is a family run local cuisine restaurant. An informal setting with small but varied food menu. Creole fish was delicious as were the conch fritters to start. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Recommended dishes Conch Fritters

Tantie Pearl is a superb hidden gem, with great views over Port Elizabeth. The food and menu is very good indeed and the owner is super friendly and professional. We had the Rotis, which were huge. Next time I will be trying the curry. A great ambience, great views and super food.

“Simply amazing and to die for” is the only way to describe the food, service, and ambiance at Tantie Pearl’s! No visit to Bequia is complete without a trip to this amazing restaurant with a view that is drop dead gorgeous. We had the pleasure of being served by Caldwell, who was a pleasure to talk to and went out of his way to make sure our dining experience was incredible. We ordered lime squash along with rum punch for drinks and were happy to know that all the ingredients were sourced on the island. For starters we had the delicious salt fish cakes which was served with a scrumptious tartar sauce. For our main course we had the jerk chicken burger (off the menu) and conch roti (which usually they only serve during lunch). It was so nice of the restaurant to accommodate to our cravings and allow us to order these delicacies even though they were not part of the dinner menu. We topped off our dreamlike dinner with delicious vanilla milkshakes and a coconut cake with ice cream! You simply must visit Tantie Pearls…our only mistake was only going there once!

Favorite place for us to eat on Bequia. Great views and outstanding food. Arrive at 530pm and watch the sunset over Admiralty Bay. We've been eating here for 10+ years. Our visit isn't complete without dinner at Tante Pearls!
