Overall it's a fine establishment, the food is good and there is a nice variety. I normally don't leave reviews, but after experiencing the service there numerous times now, I felt like I needed to. It's difficult to get service there - they will see you and not one out of the 5 or 6 people behind the counter will welcome you or make it known that you are there. They will see you, look you in the eye, but ignore you. I have gone to ordering online to try to save time and some of the awkwardness, but even then, I stand at the check out, have several employees look at me, and only after too much time has passed, someone will ask what I want.
