Nice venue in jbay. Pensioners full meal for R109 is unbeatable. Steaks were tiny bit tough, but service was great. I posted some pictures and menu. So if you are a senior.... Wow! I frequent Spur stores all over, this was my first time here and really wowed me! Fabulous staff, genuine, caring, upbeat. Great vibe in store. I always order ribs! These were by far the best I’ve tasted. Perfectly basted and so soft. Tampa Bay needs to teach other Spur stores how to make their onion rings! Definitely the bar setter. Store is very clean and lots of light! Stunning play area. Really 11/10. Will definitely be raving about this store. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Family friendly. Busy with upgrades in the children's room. Lovely view of the sea. Walking distance from Spur to the beach. Trainees on duty, please give them a gap. We all had to learn at some point. They are very helpful, though. Thanks, guys and girls! Great vibe - we’ve got 3 crazy kids and all the staff were so nice and accommodating - they made a few order mistakes but were more than happy to help and correct! Wonderful people wonderful vibe - definitely coming back and soon!!! Just so nice to have a play area so we can actually have some dinner and there is a lovely lady taking care of the kids. We were seated pretty quickly. The restaurant was quite busy so we expected things to be a little slow. Sat for while waiting for the drinks order to be taken abot 10min. Waited 45 minutes or so for 3 bar one milkshakes and a Mojito. Asked 3 times for someone to atleast take our food order while we wait but nothing. Finally placed the order, the staff was being very attentive but either the kitchen was overwhelmed or they just dont care. When placing our order we reiterated on the one item about 3 time's asnit seamed the waitress was a little confused. It was still brought wrong. My steak was overcooked. Management comped our order, but that doesn't make me feel good. I dont go to any restaurants to complain or to get anything for free. I was fully prepared to pay for what we ate. I would hate for it to become any of the staffs issue. But i accepted the compromise on the guarantee that the waitress wasn't paying. Me and my dad went in earlier tonight, waited half an hour, received no service, then just walked out. It didn't even look like anyone noticed us, even with tables close to us being served. Such a disappointment from this Spur. It usually has absolutely great service, but tonight we received none.

While travelling we needed to find a place to eat and watch the Rugby World Cup match between SA and Ireland. The manageress was brilliant! She organised us a great table and made sure we were well looked after. Food was great and service spot on too. All in all a great experience ! My husband and I ordered 1 starter for me and at the same time gave our main course order. My starter arrived and his main meal arrived...the waitress said oh I will bring your main meal now as well...I looked at her and said can I eat my starter meal first..and why does my husband have his main meal when you could have brought our main meals together after I finished my starter.Typically that is how it works in a restaurant. So my husband is halfway done with his ribs when I get my meal. We were there to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and would have have loved to eat our main meals together. So much for that! I called the young manager over and told him what was going on. Then as my husband was done with his ribs...the jerk sauce he ordered for his ribs arrived.
