Ordered a Gunkan Roll, Mushroom soup, fried egg noodles, beans with rice and yellow curry. Gunkan roll was little too slimy for my liking and mushroom soup was little too sour. Fried egg noodles were great, beans were just ok and yellow curry was decent (i have had better). The drinks were okayish as well, mine being too sour even after asking for extra sweetness. Sour seemed to be the theme but I think some of the dishes can be less sour. The dishes definitely arrived quickly after ordering and service in general was fair. One incident that wasn't very comfortable was the server standing and scrutinizing me as I typed in the tip. They should know better. Overall not worth the price you pay especially for vegetarian food. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Tamarine offers fine dining Vietnamese cuisine in a pleasant ambience. We made a reservation ahead of time for 2 and were promptly seated. The service is fantastic, our servers were very attentive and kind. We started with the watermelon gunkan rolls - not particularly impressive, the flavors were a bit off. The green jackfruit rendang was fantastic though - rice, roti, and delicious jackfruit curry. On the whole for what we paid, I probably wouldn’t go again but it was a pleasant experience to enjoy once. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
