Very small but DELICIOUS place for take out tamales! Tamales are small but tasty. The beef tacos were great too. The Peach Bellini that they have on tap is so very good! And the girls!!!! Three of the nicest women I have met! Can't say enough about them. Would go just to see them! From San Antonio Texas and been very homesick and craving some tamales for the holidays. This will be the first year in over 10yrs I have had to work on Christmas so I'm not able to make tamales so have heard some great things about The Tamale Shack so decided to come give it a try it was worth it! Just had lunch and pre ordered 10dozen tamales for me and my crew at work for Christmas dinner♥️ the spicy are delicious not to hot and the mild are very flavorful. This will be a must if you want some amazing tamales!! Back again.. never disappoints! A+ Burrito Great homemade red (spicy) sauce to go along with the fabulous tamales!! Burritos are the freshed youll ever eat ...hands down! Atmosphere: 5

Great tamales! Neat hole-in-the-wall place with a brisk walk-in business! Very friendly and quick service. Limited inside seating, but plenty of space in the front courtyard. Tamales come in half dozens either mild or spicy.

Mediocre food and very poor service and hospitality. The only thing you can taste in the tacos and tamales is hot sauce and spices not very satisfying. Staff makes you feel like they don't have the time to take your order or answer any questions regarding the menu. People in the food business should always make their customers feel welcome if they want them to recommend their product or come back.

Do NOT recommend. I asked for a plain chicken nacho with queso cheese and they give me a loaded beef nacho. My lunch is ruined today. Thanks. The slim pickings of actual good items on the menu cannot even be plates correctly or made the right way. Tamales are seasoned weird and very small. Ordered food to go… Picked it up and was not given the correct order. Call back and was just basically disregarded and told they don’t have what I ordered… but they neglected to say that when I called the to place the order … wasted $25 on two shrimp tacos. That’s a crazy price for 2 tacos and chips … but they were supposed to be fish… Did even get to eat any of it because the shrimp had definitely gone bad. Heard about their tamales so had to stop by. Customer service was great. Tamales were smaller then expected for the price, but they were still good. Recommend stopping by for lunch, they have other menu items. I plan to try the whole thing. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
