We came in w a party of 10 and this place blew our minds. The food is so fresh and honestly everything I put in my face was delicious 😋! Our waitress Angela was phenomenal and really took the time and answered any and all questions we had. Along with the food being amazing...I had some of the vegan curry and it was so tasty even though I'm not a huge curry fan...I was proven very wrong. I ordered the steak and it was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. The white raisin sauce was very yummy. My wife got the butternut ravioli and that was amazing too! Everyone at the table loved their meals. The staff was great and the atmosphere was buzzing. Get in here to eat some delicious food, have some awesome conversation and great food/drink. A dream come true! Everyone at my table was thrilled with our dishes and our beverages. I appreciated that they have an extensive mocktail selection - I loved “The Pilot.” The service was lovely and very attentive and the building is just so beautiful. We sat inside and the seating was comfortable for my plus size body and wide hips. Can’t wait to return! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I had some fam in town and we decided to check out Talula’s Garden. The entire experience was great. We didn’t have a reservation and had to wait about ten minutes. We were sat outside, even though it was about 50 degrees the heaters keep you warm. This restaurant is very upscale. Definitely a place for a fancy date. Our server Angela really did an amazing job describing the menu and hyping the place up. We were surprised that the food only took about 15 minutes to come out. We tried: Lamb Ravioli Chicken & Gnocchis Strip Steak Meatballs Brussels Sprouts Cheddar Biscuits For dessert we had these apple donut things Literally everything was amazing. The Ravioli’s flavor was out of this world, the spinach inside was super fresh. The Chicken was tender and juicy. My strip steak was great, we all loved the accompanying garlic aioli sauce that comes with it and the potatoes. I always try meatballs if they’re on the menu and these did not disappoint. I didn’t get to try the lamb pappardelle but my cousin said this was also great. The cheddar biscuits are like an upscale version of the cheddar biscuits red lobster does, it tastes like the not heavily processed version. It’s not as salty / sweet. They are drier than those if that’s what you’re expecting, it’s not bad, I liked it, but definitely different. Bruh for dessert they had these cinnamon apple donut things, I’m mad I only got one… these things were heavenly. Each portion was really good. It always bothers me going to an upscale place and the quantity is lacking, not here!!! This is one of the best restaurants I’ve tried so far in Philly.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? Talula’s is a top dining experience in Philadelphia. The staff are truly next level at a price point that feels affordable and fair. Come to celebrate life, or to show friends and family from outside the city a favorite spot. Nestled right next to Washington Square, Jewelers Row, and many other iconic parts of Philly, Talula’s has its own identity with a gorgeous interior and exterior “garden” space to eat. The food is also fantastic of course. I’ve tried many things from their rotating seasonal menu. From meats, charcuterie boards, their scrumptious breads, etc. But I also always go for their handmade Ravioli. Some of the best pasta in the city hands down. If you want some lunch-esq. daily bites, they also have a great kitchen next door with even lower prices, lighter lunch foods, but same great quality. Highly recommend! Talula's Garden is probably my favorite restaurant ever. The locally curated collection of fresh ingredients is apparent in their rotating menu, each dish more delicious than the next. Do yourself a favor and start with the biscuits (or end with them) (or both). The ambiance is delightful and thoughtfully decorated, all the way down to which of the many beautiful bread plates you may be seated next to. I recommend Talula's whole heartedly and without a doubt, your meal will be delicious and the service will be excellent. Pictured here are the beets and tuna tartare. Easily the best meal I have had in Philly. I have been back 3 times in 6 weeks, and each meal is exquisite. Get the cheese plate to start, it is magical. The chicken and gnocchi is the best chicken dish I have had in at least 10 years. The steak is great, the pork belly is cooked to perfection. I can't wait for my next visit in a couple of weeks. Yet another amazing exciting. Gianluca was exceptional as always. The food never ceases to amaze me. From the must have cheese plate, to the thoughtful starters, entrees and sides, to the decadent and save-room-for desserts, you will not be disappointed. The subtle but seasonal changes they make to the menu are appreciated. Old favorites become new favorites. Awesome customer service. Amazingly crafted food, very farm fresh and delicious. The drinks are also tasty and well curated. We ordered the roasted chicken and gnocchi, crispy branzino, the black angus steak strips, and the crispy fried and smashed potatoes. So well seasoned and delicious pairing of flavors. We were stuffed and totally satisfied. 10/10 experience! I’m coming back asap. A wonderful place to spend a late-spring/early-summer evening for a great meal and conversation, especially if you sit at the courtyard. Very nice-looking and good food! Attentive service. Iconic of Philly and a lovely place. Note that I reserved the table a week in advance. In that, they double-checked my reservation a couple of days ahead of time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
