Had been wanting to try for a long time. Finally went in early March ‘24. While the interior/atmosphere of the restaurant was fine, and the service was very good; friendly, helpful, quick; the food itself was pretty disappointing. It looked great… but, didn’t taste fresh. I got three pastries: The outside of the Flan Cake was hard (the interior was still soft), and the flan topping was not soft (was too firm/coagulated; not fresh). The plain cheesecake did not taste fresh, and wasn’t very soft/creamy; was dried out. The “Quesitos” (with the “green cheese”) had a strip of clear plastic inside of it, and the cheese filling was dried out. I might go back to give this place a second try, and try some different items… but, it seems to me that they may need to make smaller batches of the baked goods, so that they are fresher… or, possibly have some in the display, just for “show”, but sell ones to the customers that are in a separate/different place, where the desserts are kept more air-tight, and are fresher. (I was there late in the afternoon… but, if the baked goods don’t stay fresh that long, they shouldn’t be sold.) In most other bakeries, the types of desserts that I selected/purchased would have been in a refrigerated case, where they would have been kept moist; not in a “dry” display case. (I think that is the key here.) Prices were good… if the food had been.

Try to go early and not when there is a rush. They made a frappe with chinola with chunks of ice… got my order wrong which normally happens and I understand is a lot of pressure and stress when it’s busy. I do believe the bakery needs extra help so things can flow better within the rush, the food or drink order, and customer service. I hope it gets better

We went for lunch food had no taste, the tostones where burned and the tables where dirty. Nobody even offered to clean it. Definitely need new chef.No sazón at all.

I've been wanting to try their empanadas. They did not disappoint. Pizza has always been my favorite and it was delicious. It was $2.25 for one empanada.
Bathrooms were unlocked and clean.

I ordered waited 26 minutes for my corn meal, and 15 more for my alcapurrias , of course my corn meal was too cold to eat it , end up throwing it away! They should have more people working. It was really busy for only 2 girls in the front. Alcapurrias were delicious
