這次是二次回訪,特地開車從台中殺過來吃的。上次到訪時吃的是牛肉湯跟炒牛肉、牛肝、牛心,這次吃牛腩鍋,各有特色,都好吃。尤其是店內的醬料更是一絕,沾了醬美味更加好幾倍。 牛腩鍋內的牛肉超軟Q,老人也很適合。湯頭濃郁鮮甜,沒加過多調味。吃不完外帶回家,從冰箱拿出來後發現湯都結成凍了,果然膠質滿滿。鍋內也有高麗菜、炸豆皮跟金針菇,有肉有菜營養滿點。 還有加點一份牛肉盤。生牛肉盤建議涮兩下就吃,雖然生了點但超嫩,再多涮幾下就要用點力氣咬了,不過還是好吃! 行家點餐~請參考:事後跟老闆聊天才知道麻油要點牛心、芥蘭要點牛肝。還有可遇不可求的牛嘴巴鍋,吃過保證讓你難忘! 那就下次再來吧🤣

肉質跟湯頭都不錯。 炒空心菜偏脆,清脆口感。 肉燥飯也不差,挺有味道。

給一顆星都嫌高的店。 肉燥飯一碗20,味道普通就算了,煮的比我阿嬤還難吃,賣這麼貴不知道是怎樣,牛肉湯110小的,肉質嫩,湯頭還可以,但重點是根本吃不飽,別家店一樣東西,湯更好喝,肉燥不用錢還比這間好吃一百倍,不會再去的一次店。

值得一試,尤其是現場火鍋值得一品,如果有機會吃到經常性缺貨菜單「嘴巴肉火鍋」,絕對要給他buy(敗)夏去,必敗(buy)菜單,去了3次才有機會一嚐口福,絕對值得
