Kind people, cleanliness, excellent food made fresh to order & it’s authentic freshly prepared in a small cozy restaurant. This is the absolute best Mexican food I ever tasted, im addicted to the Quesabirria , it’s fantastic. Hole in the wall place. But it is a hidden gem. The entire menu has been just great. We have tried about 75% of the menu and had not disappointed. I went in to order to go. The man waited until I finished my call, then asked if I was ready to order. I quickly noticed the space is very small so ordering to go is best if you have a big crowd. The man was helpful and took my order. Food was ready in about 12 minutes (of course there was no wait though). The La Cubana torta I ordered was fantastic. The hot sauce wasn’t as hot as I thought it would be, but still spicy and very good. The tacos were small, but the barbacoa taco was my absolute favorite. Bisteak was average but the pastor was delicious. I also got the corn and it was very tasty. If you haven’t tried this place, it is worth it. I’ll definitely go back! I was in the mood for some good tacos and my wife told me about this place from seeing people talk about it on Facebook. I decided to give it a try and I think I'm in love. I'd never heard of quesabirria tacos before but they are FANTASTIC. I will be back many times. Small parking and dining area. The breakfast burritos were very tasty, even brought extras home for the next morning. The fresh salsas add spice to the meal. This is a great little hole in the wall restaurant that Waxahachie needed! The food is awesome, pure authentic Mexican food. I had the bisteak huarache and limonada aqua fresca, very refreshing. Satisfying portion of food, meat was cooked perfectly. Their green salsa was very flavorful and spicy as well. Very friendly staff, will definitely be eating here again while in town visiting family. Omg! These tacos were soooo good. We ordered bistek, barbacoa, and pastor. The meat was so clean and not greasy at all. The tortillas weren’t drenched in oil. The torta was amazing as well. The staff were so nice. I felt like I was eating at my family’s home.

So glad we stopped by this restaurant. Delicious food. We are glad we don't have to drive to Traders Village now to get a Machete. The people running this place are really nice. The service was awesome. Family vibe. The Machete was huge and the texture and flavor of the tortilla...mmm mmmm. The juicy meat was delicious. Gorditas were the best we've had and we've had many gorditas. Give this place a try. You will be a returning customer trust me.
