Bad . Barely could eat our food . Won’t be back unless payed back . No one wants 4 pounds of beans in a chicken burrito. If you love beans only, than look no further. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

The women at this location during the weekdays are some of the rudest people. This location also charges pricing that is higher than even the Uber or Doordash apps, IN STORE! I was floored that a crisp burrito was nearly **7 dollars**! After I paid for my order at the window, the chick with the tat behind her ear just walked away. A guy approached the window and handed me my food, told me to have a nice day. I told him I needed my drink. He says "coke?", I told him that I ordered a tea. So this other woman comes from behind the window area and is WIPING HER NOSE WITH A NAPKIN, comes to the window sniffing and says "coke?" I remind her, no, it's tea. So she grabs an empty cup and proceeds to fill THE ENTIRE THING with ice and then put just a little tea in there and hands it to me, as she walks away sniffing and coughing. This place is a joke and I will not give them my business again while I'm working in the area. Absolutely disgusting behavior and service.

This location used to have good food even if their service was abysmal. But after a recent visit a couple days ago I will never go be back. My tacos all came broken, and had honestly only 1tbsp of meat in them that tasted old and dry. The inside of the restaurant was unkept and dirty, and their soda machine only had two sodas available. On top of everything else, this location is also by far the most expensive taco time around! Definitely go somewhere else, this place desperately needs new management or needs to just go away. I'm honestly considering calling the food and health department because I'm honestly concerned about the cleanliness of this establishment. Ordered a Beef Soft Taco meal. $18. Dealt with that… Received food. Tater tots falling apart into crumbs. Needed a spoon. Soft taco had nothing but beans, cheese and some beef. Must have been a burrito?? Showed staff. He apologized. Was disgusting. Asked for a comment card, said they don’t have any. No offer for refund or anything other than an I’m Sorry… Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Order was wrong twice. Tater tots were all burnt. Out of ketchup. Soda machine was out of everything. All but a couple tables in the empty restaurant were dirty. Definitely not a good experience. drive thru- ordered a chicken casita platter received a beef casita platter- ordered a coke- received a diet coke- asked for extra salsa- received 2 salsa for two tacos and a casita burrito. It seemed like they were purposely doing the opposite of the order? But it could also be they were standing around talking to each other and not really paying attention to what they were doing. very poor service tonight and I really like this location (normally) I’m home now and can’t really eat the food i ordered for myself because i’m not a fan of the beef :( Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1

Well I rarely give so few stars, but this place is not good at all. I pulled into the drive through and was greeted by the person on the speaker with "what do you want"... I responded with "I'm sorry I didn't catch that" to which they said "to eat, what do you want to eat". That by itself was not a big deal. I ordered my nachos and tea then pulled around. No one was in line ahead of me or behind me. They asked me if I wanted any hot sauce, I said sure I'd take 5 or 6 packets. Then I waited at the window for 11 minutes for my nachos. I watched as the person who was helping me at the window was shoveling food in their mouth, chewing with their mouth open while pouring my ice tea... Right under their mouth while still chewing. I got to watch the person making my food had gloves on at least, but I'm the middle of making my nachos they stopped and have another employee a big hug gloves touching all kinds of non food things. Then they picked their ear with the gloves on. Finally my food was given to me. I pulled right over and stopped so I could eat. My chips were stale, very stale, there was no crunch to them at all. Yuk Since this was my first visit I didn't realize their hot sauce was not little packets, they are the containers that are in my pic. Lol this again was not a big deal, still kind of weird though. My recommendation is to not eat here. Ever. Go hungry before you eat here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Do the Anderson’s still own this location!? The place is an absolute mess. The bathroom had no soap or paper towels. The trash was over flowing with garbage. No one would come to counter to even take my order. The chicken station had bits of raw chicken everywhere. The steam jackets were absolutely covered in gross stuff. The rail 1 was nasty as they made food. The floor doesn’t look like it’s been mopped properly in years. The hot sauce in lobby needed to be reiced. I worked here for years and the owners would pop in freaking out if things weren’t clean. I’m assuming they sold because it’s nasty, they never would have allowed this to go on. I’m appalled at how disgusting it is there. Staff must not be doing their job of keeping it clean. Really disappointed to see it has gone so down hill. Health inspector needs to come out and shut it down. I saw soooo many health code violations. It’s not safe to eat here! Service Dine in Atmosphere: 1

Everyone working here is in jeans, dirty hoodies and slippers? They seem almost inconvenienced that my boyfriend and I came in to order because they were needlessly rude and swearing at other coworkers because they were unable to find a button for my food item. Makes sense when my order was wrong but we were the only people in there. Only plus side was the restaurant itself was very clean but probably 50 degrees inside. If only we were friends with one of the workers because they seemed to be handing out food for free to their buddies coming in. Gosh, this place is HORRIBLE. I waited 10 minutes for this? I should have left when my shoes stick to the floor in the entire dining room. I should have left when the bathroom was a disaster. I should have left when i waited 5 minutes at the counter. Then, i should have asked for money back when food took over 10 minutes. I should have got my money back when the tater tot things looked like someone stepped on them and when my crisp tacos fell apart... Look at the picture... Horrible!
