I've been through Buellton many times and have heard of Taco Roco but have never experienced it. The food was very good. I got the carnitas platter and it was huge! The chimichanga plate was good and very filling. If it wasn't for the owners having a loud vocal argument it would have been better. Good thing I was alone and know Spanish.....it was interesting 🤔

Excellent little place. Smells fantastic the moment you step inside. Pastor and cabeza were outstanding; carnitas and chorizo were good as well. Taco Tuesday $1.75 per taco is an awesome deal, though if it's not Tuesday, we want to try the pork chili verde Quick, clean, and good food with beers available too, and a very nice courtyard in bar. ADA accessible estrooms for customers.

Weston my best friend really loved the food, he ate everything without utensils or without hesitation. He ate right it right off the plate and finished with 3 bites. He ate the enchiladas ,pancakes, bacon, and eggs. He also ate the food from the ground for extra flavor. I recommend coming here if you bring a dog like Weston he will eat everything!!! This is my first time reading at Taco Roco in Buellton. Even though Taco Roco is a local restaurant chain, the food tastes like any good mom and pop restaurant. I had the torta with carnitas. The portion is big and the flavor was really good. I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Buellton and is craving Mexican food.

If I could give this place six stars I would! Great, authentic Mexican food. I got the tacquitos, five of them with lettice, cheese and guacamole. Some of the best I ever have had. My wife got a chicken tostada, piled high with chicken and toppings. Indoor and outdoor seating. If you are visiting Solvang, make this a stop.

Wonderful place to eat. It's nice inside and in the back.. Good food.. great cook, beautiful woman.. I can hear the bird singing. Bless this place. I felt Blessed !!
