Food is kinda bad. Disappointing every time i come here. barely get any meat what so ever. I'm talking about less than a pencil thickness of meat. Super sad. Do not recommend coming here. Make your tacos at home. Less expensive and you'll actually like it Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I had come in yesterday specifically asked for a STEAK boss bowl and a CHICKEN snack quesadilla, I made sure it was read back to me correctly & it was. I even double checked at the window, but when I got home and saw my food I had a CHEESE quesadilla and a CHICKEN boss bowl, I don’t often have issues with taco johns but it’s getting bad. Lobby is never open therefore I couldn’t come in n speak to the manager that made my food. Waited 15 minutes in line, got a monotone rude guy on the drive thru speaker, got no spice on the potatoes and no sugar or anything on the doughnut bites, for almost $8. That's pretty lame if you ask me... Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I used to work there. And can admit they don't take care of the things they should. Definitely had black mold and the at-the-time owners almost didn't do anything about it. Night manager was rarely in the store, usually in his truck smoking or working on his truck or who knows what else, often left minors or lone staff by themselves. Basement would regularly back up with sewage. The kitchen got too hot and too messy. Even if I'd try to clean it up it'd be undone within an hour. Ended up quitting because I got tired of getting mistreated by two of the three managers, and all three managers regularly and intentionally misgendering and deadnaming me and my husband. As well as making my disabled husband climb up and down the stairs for ice, regardless of him telling them he couldn't do it, causing him copious amounts of pain. And making me do dishes alone after I'd ask to have someone sanitize for me because the sanitizer water caused an allergic reaction all over my arms, or anywhere it'd make contact with. Several of the managers also don't know how to manage their anger or stress and should not be in charge of any restaurant. Beef and nacho cheese is rarely fresh and often watered down to keep it "fresh". Definitely don't suggest eating here. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
