It's nothing fancy, but definitely a couple steps up from taco bell. The beef looks/tastes like real beef, the beans are good, and you'll always get a copious amount of cheese, olives, and tomatoes. That lady manager is a complete idiot. They made fraudulent charges to our order and wanted to know what I wanted from her?? They charged extra $25 to my order without permission. Food was good, but when I went into the restaurant after getting our food from the drive thru, I regretted my purchase. As soon as I walked in the front door, it smelled like somebody had an accident in their pants, but half the restaurant had filled with that strong odor. I Don't think I'll be returning. I have been to this location and have always ordered through the drive thru. Today was no different and as usual I asked for hot sauce. Before I left I checked my order and saw there was no hot sauce. So I parked and went inside. I told a gentleman at the counter that I was just at the drive thru and did not receive any hot sauce. He proceeded to get some for me and as he walked back to me he was stopped by another employee. A heavy set woman which I can assume was a manager proceeded to tell him there was hot sauce in the lobby. The gentleman looked confused and she stated the same thing again. There’s hot sauce in the lobby. She obviously was implying I could get it myself which was extremely rude given that the gentleman already had the hot sauce in hand and it was their mistake. If I had know there was some located in the lobby I would’ve never bothered the employee. People make mistakes but in food service it’s how you respond and rectify the mistake that dictates continued business. This was a clear sign that the manager knew nothing of customer service. The worst part of it was that the employee had already grabbed the hot sauce for me. The woman did not have to say anything let alone in front of a customer. This experience was very disappointing and I hope she receives additional training in customer service.

The computers system was down last night when I showed up and they were BUSY! The staff did a excellent job of adapting and over came the issue. I never go to Taco Bell anymore since I first went here! The food is better and more of it!! Taco Bell is stingy with their food and portions and Taco Casa just tastes better! Their Super Tostada is my GO TO menu item EVERY TIME. It far exceeds the value for the size of it! It has all the toppings on it to make it better than taco bell in close comparison for sure(my appetite says so anyway). Its not like an "authentic" Mexican tostada. But ONE keeps my hunger pains at bay. Very mild sauce, beans, meat, lettuce, sour cream, black olives, & a ton of cheese yum! Grab a fork & extra napkins! The taco light use to come in a different fried tortilla shell. Now it’s the exact same as the Super taco. Cheap very cheap nothing special can get the same taco at Taco Bell. Sad the quality went down and the prices went up.
