I was trying to order a patty pack of 12 burritos and the woman at the register Cheyenne was new, and she was lost when I asked on the price of them. So I asked the woman in charge Rosa behind her and she commented back that she had no idea while letting her continue to struggle instead of coming over to help her get the situation correct or ring the burritos up she did nothing. In the end I did not get the burritos because she was not aware how to ring them up and the manager did not offer to help. And wonder why they are having high turn over. I’m assuming Rosa and her attitude is the problem, and when I was waiting for my order she then started to talk in Spanish across the line to her other employees about me I speak Spanish im just light complexed. Very unprofessional. 0/10 would not recommend. very rude the service is horrible I feel bad for any incoming staff. Well I ordered my usual 1 super burrito I paid then got my Receipt I paid for 2 mistake number 1 number 2 mistake I ordered no olives guess what? I had olives no beans or sauce I get it you have new ppl work there but really?
