We haven’t been to Taco Bueno the last few years except a couple of times out of state family wanted from living here before and it was ok. Today I went and ordered off the 3 for $6 menu and a Chilada Platter. It was fresh and hot, and very tasty like the Bueno of old. It was slow but had one car ahead of me and service was quick and friendly. Great job!

This is one of TWO awful drive in experiences I've had at a Taco Bueno location *just in the last week*.
I pulled up to this location about 10:45pm, which is admittedly late. But EVERY light was on. Plus it's Friday night. Plus it's 2023 and most fast food establishments stay open late. So I wasn't crazy for thinking they were open. But I pulled up to the drive thru and a young man--who made zero effort to hide how annoyed he was --informed me that they were closed until morning. Turns out they had closed at 10pm. So why did the place still look so OPEN? Why was EVERY light still on 45 minutes after closing? I can't overstate how lit up this restaurant was. Probably could've seen it from space. I shouldn't be made to feel like an idiot for thinking it was open.
Make your hours more clear and visible. I shouldn't have to exit my vehicle just to see your posted hours

The food was pretty good. The employees were either just coming off a busy period, or just unprepared to begin with. The card machine was down (which isn't their fault) and one of the doors appeared to be busted out. I couldn't think of any other reason for it to be boarded up

No one in drive thru, 1 car outside and takes 10 min for 2 beef burritos that barely have any beef in them. And salsa that barely has anything in them. $4.00 each for this?
Hey B.A! If you wanna get ripped off, go to this Bueno on 101st & Elm! I've never felt compelled to do a bad review til today but D---! They are beyond stingy about putting meat on food!! If you like shells and corn tortillas only, they'll hook u up!!! The economy is already so bad prices are up and portions are smaller! THANKS JOE BIDEN

Got our order, I had gotten this taco salad that is a poor excuse for a taco salad. Almost no lettuce and like to pieces of chicken that may fit in a one ounce cup. Refried beans were asked to be on the bottom and they used it to cover up the lack of chicken. Also we ordered three orders of churros and only got one. My wife ordered the muchaco combo and they didn't know what goes with it.

i just found a bone in my chicken enchilada. I’m terrified for if I had given this to my child and he could have choked on it. I think the bags of chicken should be throughly inspected. As someone who works in fast food I understand how important this is to health code… this store messes up my order almost every time I go here anyways and that will probably be the last time I go because of that bone
Worst $30 I’ve spent on food in a long time! Was in the drive-thru for 30 minutes with one car in front of me. Got home with our food and it wasn’t edible! Burritos were cold, not even luke warm, tacos had been wrapped up so long the cheese was melted to the lettuce, the beef chilada had no sauce on it and lastly the chips were so old and stale with zero crunch!! The Dr Pepper was good but not worth $30!!! UPDATE: spoke with someone on Monday and was told I'd receive a call back, which of course didn't happen. Called today and spoke with a man who said he's the manager and he said he hadn't heard anything about it. He would check in to it. Excuse me sir...I'm trying to tell you about it now. I still have my receipt. He said he would get back with me. I said wouldn't you like my name & number. He said no, he would get it from this review. This review does not give my name nor my number. The caller ID is my work phone, which I told him and he still didn't want my information. What a total waste! If I had wanted a $30 Dr Pepper I would feel different. Customer service and food both totally below par at this particular Taco Bueno. Do Better!

Waited for 15 minutes in the drive through with no vehicles moving. Called the store to ask what was wrong, and was told with a very bad attitude by the person who answered "Uh, yeah, because there's only three of us!". I will never visit this location again.

Only one couple in the dining room other than my husband and I. They were slow and most of the tables were dirty. We went to fill our drinks and the fountain spouts looks as if they had mold and build up on them where the pop comes out. Disgusting. After dinner, we ordered the dessert chimichangas and they were not hot and definitely not fresh. The floor was dirty and we probably will not be back. Whoever manages this store should seriously be embarrassed and needs more training.
