Sadly, this was a bad visit. All working, but one spoke Spanish. The young girl at the counter took mine and the customer after orders wrong. He got a refund completely and left. When I went back to get my order corrected a second time, I might add, they had to pull up my order and came to the conclusion "she took it wrong" and remade our tacos. If that wasn't enough, we didn't get a receipt to verify our order as we had ordered cinatwists and didn't receive them. We were asked to pay for them and just made felt as if we were lying with their many mistakes. This was around 6 pm. I won't be stopping at this location in the evenings going forward. This Taco Bell has definitely improved over the years, and everytime I go in I always get what I ordered, and if there's something accidentally missing or wrong the workers have always been understanding and quickly helpful. I was going through the drive thru at 2:15AM after coming back from a concert, and my order was delicious. I especially love how this location is open until 3 it helped a lot. I was missing my veggie power bowl, and I was able to go through the drive thru again with no issues and my problem was kindly solved! The drive thru was fairly busy for the time of night and they still got me through pretty quick. The food was good and the employees were very pleasant. Lobby closes at 10 on most nights. Edit: They did it again!!! I will end up in store and will wait for your district manager next time this happens. If you guys could make sure delivery divers leave with my drinks, and make sure my order has everything in it, that would be GREAT!! 70% of the time, out of 50+ orders I have had this happen. Absolutely horrified by the lack of awareness of employees. Sat at the drive through waiting to pick up my mobile order and they ignored me for 10 minutes. Once I was rung up, when I got to the window the employee handling my food was touching his face and ears with his gloves 🤢 Do not eat here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. They are so rude and unhelpful. They messed up my order and I had to drive back to the restaurant twice to have them fix it & they treated me like a liar and a thief for their mistakes. I tried calling them eight times and they didn’t answer once. I ended up eating a cold, mediocre dinner and I was offered nothing to make things right except insults and dirty looks. I will never be visiting the Loveland, CO location off of S Lincoln Ave again. Two thumbs down - so disappointing. Even the manager was rude. Unacceptable service - do better…smh. if you live in Loveland and want to eat Toxic Hell for some reason you are better off driving to Ft. Collins or Berthoud. this Toxic Hell is the worst for service and food. it never tastes decent. my family wanted it though, so I placed a mobile order. when I got to the speaker I sat and waited almost 5 minutes before they greeted me and looked for my order (even though it was showing on the screen when I pulled in). when I pulled forward I sat for 15 minutes while the they talked with the teen in the car in front of me, who then left without anything. they handed me my order pretty quickly, but with the way the order (8 items & 2 drinks for 3 people) was packed it was impossible by myself to see if everything was in the bag, especially with a bunch of napkins all opened up put on the top like they were trying to cover it up. when I got home I discovered they had given us the nacho cheese but no chips. rather than drive all the way back for a tiny bag of corn chips we used our own (which tasted better anyway). my chalupa supreme was a soggy mess; it didn't even look like the pita had been fried at all and it tasted horrible. the only thing that tasted okay was the cinnamon twists. I asked for 10 mild sauces but the whole bottom of the bag was full of them (at least 30 of them). a total waste of products with subpar food and missing items. Every Time I order from here my cheese sauce cups are half full, My slushy is half full And when I asked for special instructions, they aren’t done. For example, I asked tomatoes on my crunch wrap, and it came with tomatoes. It’s not that hard to get it right I’ve worked so I get it. Stopped in for something for dinner two items were missing. Then we were told by not the manager the its remembered that it was in there opened the remainder of our food and handled it thwn handed it back and say they would not correct the missing items i asked for a.manager and they tell me that they cannot do anything about it i asked for my money back and she walks away them another female employee comes over and proceeds to tell me the same thing then gets rude and starts talking over us shuts the window keeps our receipt and calls the cops. The whole while they are recorded. Terrible customer service terrible attitudes terrible food handling. If it wasn't so late and sunday a call to corporate would be made but since you cant have it that way a complaint will be filed online and i will follow up with corporate on monday. Keeps my receipt keeps food calls cops. Punk kids work here. The one posted is the rudest of all and has a foul mouth she thinks this is a game to be rude to people. Price per person $10–20

Now that they have the $5 meals back. I'm able to go there more often because I do enjoy their food once in a while. Before it was getting a little expensive for me, since I'm on a small budget.
