Please give a shout out to Blake for always being friendly and helpful! The entire team at the Blue Ridge location is always great but Blake always has that big infectious smile and l think he deserves to have the higher ups know they have a great employee. Girl working window was very sweet. We came at 10:30 pm, kids starving, from basketball tournament. As I got to the window, a good 10 min wait, she informed me they are out of beef. Then the cheese quesadillas we order we not cooked, literally just shredded cheese sprinkled in a tortilla. Quick stop in the late afternoon. They weren’t busy so the service was quick. Everyone was nice and friendly. The credit card machine was down so cash only. Sad this is how they are serving crunch wrap supremes. Not even closed. Ordered 2 and both of them were falling apart. Live taco bell and this is the only one around. Won't be returning. I went in and asked for another to made which they did but it wasn't much better and as the picture shows I couldn't even finish the bottom which usually has more meat because it's pushed down while you eat but it had none. Super disappointed. If my son wasn't hungry I would of taken it all back in and asked for a refund.

Very clean here. The first time I visited the score was 96. The second time it was 99. The AC inside is a bit chilly. The employees are always nice and respectful. I haven't seen anyone goofing off inside. Food quality is expected for an A rated Taco Bell. It depends on who is working the line when you go how your items turn out. I'm ready to eat there again.
