The only reason this Taco Bell doesn't get a true five star is that receiving a complete order seems to be a bit of a problem here. Of the 30 trips here I've received five complete orders without having to return to get it fixed. Last night I had the worst fast food experience I've ever had at the Taco Bell at 1106 11th Street in Goldsboro, NC. 1) The drive thru worker would not speak loudly or clearly to be heard. 2) She was not paying attention, and I had to correct her many times. 3) I was told after I paid that the store was out of beans. 4) I was the only customer, but was told to pull around to wait. 5) The girl casually dropped my change, seemingly on purpose on the ground and did not apologize. 6) Waited quite a while, but had to move because I was blocking other cars. 7) Multiple employees were inside, but apparently not making my food. 😎 Finally I knocked on the door, and someone came out to tell me they were out of potatoes also, and they had to make some. Out of beans AND potatoes? 9) Guy was rude and condescending. 10) THE FOOD WAS WRONG. Two bean burritos fresco were ordered because my friend is vegan, but they still had cheese. 11) The sauces we requested were not in the bag. This is the first time I've ever complained about service, but this store was a complete disaster last night. I have eaten here a few times picking up orders from the app without issues. However, the last time I went, the app said the order was ready for pickup, but it was not at the store. Staff would not help fill the order— I waited 20 minutes before I had to go back to work. Went through the drive through and TRIED to place an order but the crew that was taking our order was laughing so much that I had to keep repeating and then when I got to window I told them how there laughing was making it hard for them or us to hear them at the speaker. All she said was (oh well we were making drinks) ok first off how was making drinks funny? This was very unprofessional but there again when your employees look to be 16 I guess it would be hard for a child to maintain professionalism. Typical Taco Bell. Stopped late evening for a quick bite, drive through lady didn’t get my order right and had me repeat myself multiple times to take order. For whatever reason this store seems to be the go to pickup location for the areas door dash. I have yet to receive an order that is fully correct. Last 4 times I've ordered from here, despite ordering hot sauce and it being on the receipt, they never bother to put any in the bag. Waited at counter 10 minutes to be ignored by two workers and then finally a cashier with desire to take my order finally walked up. I ordered a cravings pack and asked for simply beef and cheese only on the burritos as the receipt reflects. I got to my destination to see I had extra beans and extra sour cream. Realizing I wasted money on the burritos, I tried to call and get a manager to fix the issue. The phone rang for 8 minutes one time and 12 the next. Still no one has answered the phone. This was not a rushed short staffed crew. There were at least 8 workers behind the counter, noones but me in line and possibly 3 vehicles in the drive through.
