I ordered on the app and picked up through the drive thru. The person at the window was pleasant but the food was sub par at best. I ordered extra chicken and extra cheese in my quesadilla and there was barely a normal amount let alone extra! There was also no sauce in the quesadilla. And the little amount of cheese that was in it wasn't even melted. I had to microwave it. The soft taco that came with my meal had no shredded cheese on it either. If I hadn't worked 12 hours today I would have turned back around and got my order remade. I don't get why this location can't ever get things right. All the other locations have no issues making things as they are ordered.

The lady at the window was more than unpleasant to deal with, and when I got home I realized I had 25% of a Doritos loco taco (which wasn't supreme) and the 3 Supremes were pretty much 25% filled as well. Do you need more materials? Because this is slack and a first, which for me is saying something. The shells were more drizzled with items than packed I would say. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Did not know that you had to use kiosk for your own orders. I'm not from here. Stood at front counter up to 5 min before someone would let me know. Then employees had an attitude. No mild sauce at counter and I put it on my order. So I had to ask and that made attitude worse. Then my beef burrito only had alittle meat. Probably cause I asked questions. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
Sunday afternoon, we never got to eat so I can't rate the food! We went in, my husband has Alzheimers. So I have my hands full. He won't go through the drive thru. I tried to order from the front rather than the Kiosk. There were 4 people visible, one looking up at a warmer, one leaned up against a table, one at the drive thru and one standing in the back. We waited, but no one attempted to wait on us! My husband said are you going to help us. The girl at the drive thru motioned to the Kiosk. By then several others had come in behind us and were putting in their orders and it was a longer line. My husband started talking to them thinking he knew them, which he didn't. I got frustrated and we left. We are 73 and 75, what do people that don't know how to order from a Kiosk do? Or like me or someone that has a person with a handicapp or issues that you need to take care of. One of those four should have offered to take our order. There was a machine to put in a credit card at the front, so I assume they can take your order there also. It was for a take out order. It would have been for lunch and we would have spent between $10-$20. Very disappointed in the service at this location. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Dear franchise owner your evening employees are subpar at best. Walked inside to your beautiful new updated store only to be ignored by the staff for exactly 15 minutes before I decided to go to the drive-thru which was easily took care of in about 6 minutes. It might be time to thin The herd on the indoor dining good help is hard to I now understand why your systematically replacing these folks with computers. Opinions are like well we all know what they're like in my opinion is that you purchase more computers and get rid of these subpar employees who can't even take outside of that you have a lovely establishment Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I go thru drive thru and they mess up my order. Instead of fixing it they want you to pull back thru drive thru again when it's 5 cars deep and they are very slow. The manager needs to be re-trained and or fired. Of course this isn't the first time. I guess I'm glutting for punishment or maybe just because my kid loves taco bell. They always mess something up or leave something out. But what else should we expect with what they have working in there. It looks like a early prison release half way house. Multiple soggy chalupas and half of our order missing. 5 layer burrito had cheese, beans, and sour cream. Absolutely terrible food and service.

They have delicious foods and the place is quiet and clean.
I asked for cinna bons with no cinnamon sugar and they refused I was a manager at taco bell for 4 years and all you have to do is drop them fresh too bad yall are lazy when we got our order it was wrong they put beef on the nachos when we specifically ask for no beef twice and the cinna bons we got were hard and cold so I will not be back to this location Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Very disappointed! The employees were arguing! They were out of nacho fries and gave us cinnamon twist instead. They tasted like gas literally, so disgusting. We were missing 3 tacos and the cruchwrap surpreme we order had no meat! Maybe if they can spend less time arguing and more focused on what they are doing our order would have been right. So sad because it's the nearest Taco Bell. Service Take out
