This Taco Bell location is awesome! I placed an order through the app. Arrived on time and had no wait. I was greeted right away. The order was brought over to me, asked if I needed anything else, and wished me a great day. The store was bright, clean, and welcoming. The food was hot and delicious! Layla is very sweet and makes sure everything is there. Very quick service and very kind. She is polite and a great asset to your Team, keeping Taco Bell running. Went through the drive thru and ordered a small order of a couple tacos and some chips. They forgot one of the bags of chips so i had to go inside and get everything I paid for. That’s not even the worst part though. I had ordered a Baja blast and they didn’t tell me it was out until I had pulled to the window to pay, whatever I’ll choose a different drink. First, they didn’t put ice in the drink? And second, when I went to get the chips they forgot, the employee that told me the Baja blast was out WAS DRINKING BAJA BLAST! ordered a black bean crunchwrap and got one with beef in it. my partner has been a vegetarian for a long time and if she ate that she would have gotten really sick. can you guys please just make us what we ordered? :( Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
