From when I used to deliver from this particular location to now, they have always been polite, fast, and more than understanding about order issues and changes. Also the late night workers would give drivers a free drink while they were delivering which was a nice gesture. A+ to the manager and his employees of this Taco Bell. Literally the worst experience I've EVER had from Taco Bell. I was completely ignored by the staff as I stood at the counter, even though they KNEW I was there. I guess I'm old fashioned, I actually LIKE talking to someone when I place an order instead of interfacing with a computer. VERY FRUSTRATING! When we got our order,(to go mind you), more than half the taco shells were broken or crushed and only given less than half the sauces asked for. They permanently lost a customer this evening.
