Great location on Hwy 801 north between east and westbound I-40 and east and westbound US 158, but the only entrances are on northbound Hwy 801 and westbound US 158 which makes access a little hard to figure out if you are just passing through and getting off I-40 to eat there. Food is freshly made, hot and service is gas and friendly. U Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

How can you serve Breakfast and not open until 9:00 am???? People want to order breakfast from 6am onward. This location is losing opportunity by having a late morning opening for Breakfast. May as well not even serve Breakfast at this location !! Had to go to McDonalds across the street with a line to order! Service: 1

I do not recommend going to this Taco Bell, at least until they fix some things. If you can drive an extra ten minutes to the Taco Bell up the road, it'll save you time and money. We regularly pickup from this location. The food is good, but getting it is a problem. Almost every trip, something is wrong with the order. Most of the time we catch it when we park to look over the order. The errors are costly (missing nachos, tacos, chalupas, etc.) and we always have to wait while they make the food or wait for them to come back to the counter. We've also heard them complain in the back that they "know" they gave us the food. However, tonight we missed their mistake and went home with a crunch wrap with no meat on it. These errors are silly, totally avoidable, getting expensive, and a waste of our time. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I hope this steers diners to a better location and helps management make some much-needed changes. Placed online order for pickup in store. Only 1 other customer in store, who said he had been waiting 15 minutes for his order that he placed on the kiosk. Cars going through the drive thru at slow pace, but weren't backed up. It took me 25 minutes to get my order. No apology for the wait. I was waiting for at least 5 minutes for someone to come to the register and wait on us. All the employees were in the back talking. Didn't even seem to know we were there. Then I left. My husband then went in and they never waited on him so he left. Service: 1

This review has nothing to do with service or food. This 1 star is because the men’s restroom soap dispenser has been broken with no soap for a few weeks now. Following common sense, that means that any male employee that uses the restroom at work is unable to properly wash their hands before going back to work. That is disgusting. I will consider eating here again once the soap dispenser is fixed.

I've never gotten a mobile order that was accurate from here. 99% of the time you'll have missing items and have to go back in the store and wait another 5 or 10 minutes for the rest of your order. Avoid this location.

Ugh .... It was a HORRIBLE visit🤮!!!! Ok so 1 they were out of sour cream when we ordered our soft tacos which I so bad because taco Bell is know for sour cream like how can't they have it!!!😤 Then we ordered some stuff and they were SOOOO SLOW😬!!! but the thing that stood out the most was when we ordered the chicken quesadillas there was barely any chicken on it and barely any cheese!!!😟 And then they got the order wrong AGAIN and gave us only 11 soft tacos when there was supposed to be 12!!!😵😩 it was the WORST visit of my WHOLE LIFE!!!!! Seriously if I could give it 0 stars I TOTALLY would!!😨😤😠😡 I am NOT happy😤🤮

I love this Taco Bell. They surprised me this trip however. I asked for some extra sour cream at the window. I had to drive all the way around again and order just sour cream and they charged me for it. So as great as your food is…. You guys dropped from a 5 star to a 4 star….. Food: 5 Service: 5

So we order online to skip the line around 5:00 p.m. My wife runs to pick up our order and after checking the bag realizing our order was wrong she opted to park go inside and this is where the fiasco begins. She talked with the cashier being there was no manager on duty at the time and the cashier said sorry we gave your order to someone else. I'm sure they were happy when they arrived home...After waiting for everyone in drive thru was waited on to the tune of ten cars (my wife was counting as they drove by 1 by 1 she says is anyone going to help me? The food prep guys exclaims we don't have your order while he's leaning against the counter looking at Facebook. The gentleman at the drive thru says yes we do it's been on the screen for a while. After another 15 minutes which totals a half hour not including drive time back and forth she finally gets our order and brings it home. My point is why order on line when your being pushed to the back of the line also there use to be a thing called CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm guessing that's a thing of the past and servers are not interested in taking care of customers anymore at least at Taco Bell Bermuda Run. Facebook seems to be more important. With this being said everyone check your orders but be patient if your in Bermuda Run because they have no service, customers come last and Facebook is king! Good luck!!!
