What the hell happened to customer service!? I stopped in with a friend and no people up front to take your order. It was kiosk use, and if you paid in cash it was required to have exact change. They refused to make change and have a sign posted stating that fact. Everyone was in the back area making food, but when walking in the door zero acknowledgement and zero interaction unless paying with cash. I find it intolerable that a corporation is moving to this type of service.
