I ordered through the app. I picked up my order and drove home. There were four mistakes, including 3 missing items that cost money. Just a typical, poorly managed trash restaurant where the owners are not concerned about getting it right, just about making money. I ordered through the app and did not receive my full order. I called the store and asked if I could come pick up the missing items. They said No, you have to contact Doordash. I didn't order from Doordash, I ordered from Taco bell's app. He then told me if I wanted to come pick it up I would have to pay for it again. Terrible customer service experience for me. I have never gotten a taco from any Taco Bell ever that was so hot you had to wait a couple of minutes before you could take a bite. I was impressed but the chalupa shells overcooked falling apart it was like a hard shell taco I couldn't eat the shells. We went thru the drive thru and Everytime we do and this 1 guy is working he always forgets 1 of our drinks always never fails.
