A fight between two employees broke out and I witnessed the whole thing. They were screaming expletives, fighting, punching, slapping, and took each other’s clothes off, I was scared, as I did not know if I would also get attacked. Thankfully no customer was harmed, but it certainly left a bad impression on me. The cops were called and they showed up swiftly. It is imperative that every customer is promptly acknowledged and greeted by a customer service representative upon entering, rather than being left standing in front of the counter, unsure of how to proceed, while the employees appear disengaged and unresponsive.
