Not the best Taco Bell around. On the slow side for service. Food is not always the freshest. Definitely depends on the time of day you go.

Food was great but service was terrible. My drink was almost entirely ice and the only thing the employee at the window said was my total. He proceeded to not respond to anything I said and closed the window without even a “your welcome” or “have a good day”

This place has gone downhill. The crunch wrap I ordered was all tortilla with a miniscule amount of filling in one corner. The quesadilla was pretty much the same. It was a waste of time & money.

Went to taco bell for lunch today. Went thru the drive thru. Ordered our food. Got to the window and paid. Then was asked to pull ahead and someone would bring the food right out. Waited about 10 minutes then an older couple came out from dining inside and asked us to move we were blocking them in. So we pulled into a parking space as well as the 2 cars behind us that were also waiting for food. Waited about 5 mor minutes and an employee cam out with a bag. It was not our order it was the car behind us, waited 5 more minutes and she came out again not our food it was the second car behind us, she came out a third time still not our food, a couple minutes later the man who was working the drive thru came out and asked us what we were waiting for, told him our order again, he said sorry someone must have taken the wrong bag and got our food he would have it remade. Over all it too about 30 minutes to get "fast food" unacceptable we will not be returning.

Got upcharged for them replacing sauce that they didn't have for another, serving size is ridiculously small. Server forgot straws and a fee items orders. Terrible service anymore.

Constant waiting and order issues at the Clark’s Summit location. It doesn’t matter if the queue is empty and the restaurant is deserted - you will be pulling up to the stop sign to wait every single time

Only good thing to say is the manager was quick about refunding me when I came in after waiting 15 mins for food (the guy in front of me waited 20). And honestly they were polite, but seriously guys get it together.
Placed a mobile order tonight and in my DLT, there was a literal piece of plastic. Called the store to inform them and instead of the manager trying to fix the situation or even simply apologizing, she insinuated I was lying and argued with me that there is no way plastic could’ve been in my taco because they “follow certain procedures” and kept saying how confused she was that it was in my taco. As if I’m not just as confused, I paid for food that is now ruined and she acted like replacing my food or apologizing came out of her pay. I NEVER mentioned a refund, I brought it to their attention so it wouldn’t happen to another customer but clearly they don’t care.
Ordered a 5 layer burrito no sour cream extra nacho cheese and get a normal one instead and 2 burrito supremes no beef no sour cream and get 2 bean burritos with a literal pinch of lettuce. Completely not happy. UPDATE. We called and made our complaint that night and when we went back the next day for our replacement food my 5 layer had a bundle of hairs in it. Never eating from this store again.

Nothing was made correctly. Ordered supreme tacos, regular is what was given. Did not realize until after I got back to work. Definitely not worth going to again. I shouldn't have to babysit my order to make sure it was done correctly.
