Normally I don't bother writing these, considering I have a personal policy about making service workers lives more difficult than necessary. However, my experience tonight has not disappointed me once, but three times in a single dish. I ordered a Chicken Power Bowl w/extra chicken. When I got home as soon as I reach in to the bag to grab the bowl, I discovered the lid was loose and some of the bowls contents were dumped into the bag. Secondly, after recovering those contents, I quickly found out this bowl had the same amount of chicken in it as a regular order. Tonight I had made the conscious decision to order extra chicken because I felt the portions for it were too small compared to the rest of the bowl. To my dismay I was charged extra for no apparent reason tonight. Finally, as I bite into my bowl I am immediately greeted with an extremely hard *crunch*. After inspecting the contents, I came the discovery that my rice was undercooked and hard. After attempting to call the store to air my grievances, I am met with futility as no one answers. We went through the drive-thru to order our dinner last night (12/21/23) & got our food pretty fast but when we started eating our Mexican Pizzas, we could instantly taste the old oil that was used to fry the shells. They would've been great if it weren't for that. We made changes to our food & they got it all right & wasn't missing anything. I think someone must've forgotten to change the old oil out in the fryers. That's really important for the quality of the food. This was around 5:30pm. Breakfast selection here is a major joke. They make you wait till 10 to order lunch which is another joke all in itself. Won't be going back. Not worth the wait in the morning.
