Below standard service - Unfortunately the unorganized service & poorly trained staff reflects off manager/management. I only order online/pick which gives me the opportunity to check for missing items. From Manager, supervisor, & staff are to busy “partying” & displaying unprofessional antics. Maybe less “partying” would help correct the overall “Circus service” @ this particular Taco Bell 🤔 Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10
I saw a post on Coram taco bell website that they were hiring.My daughter she is 17 years old applied for the job.They send her a date for the interview OMG she was thrilled.She went for the interview and they told her oh no we are not hiring .Why you sent her an email for an interview with date and time and you are not hiring and the position still on the website.The girl was crying so inconsolable she felt humiliated ,as a mother i felt crushed you don't treat people like that.At least do the interview and tell her that we will follow up or something.
After messing my order up they made me wait 20 mins outside for 2 burritos and never had them ready. I was forced to go inside and ask for my money back. This was after I went home with the wrong order and came back. Last time I will ever go to this Taco Bell. Service Take out Price per person $10–20

They didn't give us half our order and we had to drive all the way back there in the snow, after getting home & realizing half our order was missing & we live in the next town over. But in order to rectify the order & get the rest of our food that's what's we had to do because no one picked up when we called. I recently had a disappointing experience at Taco Bell. Despite explicitly requesting the staff to double-check my order at the drive-thru window, they forgot an item. Upon returning to address the oversight, I discovered they had also neglected to include my two large sodas. The situation escalated when the manager and the original staff member doubted my claim, leading to an unnecessary 45-minute delay as they reviewed security footage. This prolonged wait was frustrating, especially considering the fast-food nature of the establishment. The older hispanic general manager that wears glasses is in incompetent, useless, ignorant, piece of you know what. I pick up at this store as a delivery app driver (only when orders are high paying or nights are super slow) and this is literally the WORST location I ever pick up between all the towns in North Brookhaven. I normally take at least 15 minutes to arrive for pickups at this location because I know they won't be ready. Yesterday I arrived after 15 minutes. As usual no one comes to help to ask who I am there for. I left after a few minutes of standing there like a dummy for another 10 minutes to go pickup at Coram Diner and returned. Now I was far past 30 minutes into the first Taco Bell order and they still didn't start it after over a half an hour of me accepting the offer. I finally get the general managers attention to ask what is going on and he starts going off on me that if I don't like it I can leave now and get out and not pick up here anymore. Instead of apologizing for literally always wasting my time and costing me money, he begins to berate me in front of other customers and his employees yelling at me that I can leave if I don't like it and not pick up there anymore. He said I always have an attitude. So I am supposed to be be happy that it takes them nearly 40 minutes to begin an order nearly every time I pick up there? I am not supposed to say anything? They always mark orders ready for pick up when the orders haven't even been started or they frequently give drivers the wrong orders and then won't remake the orders if they gave them to the wrong driver so you have to leave and make no money after wasting time driving and waiting there. This manager has no clue how many problems he causes delivery drivers. No one should ever be spoken to the way he did to me yesterday just for asking how long until the order was ready. I had every right to be upset for the order being over 30 minutes late. Speaking to me like I was a doormat is something that I will not tolerate nor should anyone tolerate. I will be contacting corporate and possible legal actions of libel. This is the absolutely worst mismanaged fast food place I have ever seen. It is a total joke. The best part, is the orders are actually completed faster when he is not there.

I placed an order 20 mins in advance. 530 pickup online order. I wait an additional 20 mins in restaurant then inquire about my order. She prints my order then proceeds to start it. I tell her no, don’t bother cancel my order. They can’t, and refused to refund me because it was online They call store manager who’s more incompetent then the staff and refuses. I had to call corporate to get a refund with many “ unacceptable”. Not a single thing was offered for my 2 hour hassle for order then for refund. I will never order from another Taco Bell again. Slowest Taco Bell I've ever been too. Ticket times are 20 minutes per person average. For some reason they only have the ability to service one ticket at a time. If you go expect to wait at the ordering speaker for at least 5 minutes before they even take your order.

Sometimes you have to wait a little longer then average for your food I'd say but foods always hot,fresh,nicely portioned and the staff is typically very friendly. A tip I'd say is order ahead of time with the mobile app for pick up if you'd like your food ready and avoid the lines. They're quick to fix any mistakes made on an order or help out customers with using the self ordering process. This location may be cleaner than others or food always fresh but if the GM isn’t on shift you almost always guaranteed your order is gonna be messed up!
