I should have read the reviews on this location first but was in a hurry and figured I give it a first try. My on-line order specified multiple sauce packets, that did not happen. I even asked the person at the drive-thru if the condiments were in the taped up box, they said yes. Of course they weren’t, why did I think they would be.
When a customer asks for condiments they expect to get them in the quantity requested, it’s not that hard, do better!
The food was good and the staff friendly….but ignoring customer requests for taco sauce is a dealbreaker. 👋 bye TB.
