Drive thru seems to be the fastest way to get my food, which is good especially when I'm craving a Gordita, I just wish they weren't so expensive!
3 crunch wraps, 2 gorditas and 2 drinks cost me over $30! Looks like Taco Bell will only see me once a month.

I came to order in the drive thru at 2:11 am and i’m very disappointed in the service. I pull up to speaker and the young lady rushed out order and made us feel as if we were a bother so we cancelled the order and left.
I've frequented here a lot and the food is ok. My issue is with the drive-thru and customer service. The workers are rude, don't acknowledge you, take your money, throw your food at you and look at you like your an alien. Is it really hard to speak when spoken to? The workers have bad attitudes and need to be trained on customer service skills.

They short you on everything .. this is what they give you for a chips and cheese and raise prices … dont matter if its a deal on their app or in store purchase tou get the same results smh…. Its to a point you need to check everything you purchase . This is not the first time we have had this issue and dang sure isnt the 2nd … step it up or close it down as a customer we shouldnt have to deal with these issues the reviews for this his location says it all..

Today was my first time going to this location, I ordered through the doordash app. It said my order would be ready at 8:29pm but I arrived at 8:23, so I went inside to wait. As I entered I was surprisingly pleased with the dinning area. Not because it was clean but at the level of cleanliness it was. As I made my way to the counter I seen there’s a rack next to it labeled “mobile pick up”, and to delight my order was sitting there waiting for me. Then a sweet, beautiful melanated older lady greeted me. She confirmed with me everything was there before going to go make the drinks, as she said, “she didn’t want them to melt”. Like, how awesome is that! This is definitely my new taco bell go to location!

I don't know since when they serve vegan wrap or if its a thing now at tacobell. I ordered one tonight and I was very disappointed when I started eating it and saw that there was no any meat in it.

Taco Bell has certainly gone up in price. I remember paying 59 cents a taco when I was a kid. Now it’s nearly $2. The last time I went to Taco Bell, at a different location, the tacos were disgusting. There was no crunch to the taco and the taco was cold. However, at this location they were freshly made and hot and the shell had a crunch. My server was super friendly too.

Edit: After reading some other reviews, the issue is clearly the night shift manager. Rude customer service, she could care less about doing her job. Every time I try to go here "late night" (they're supposed to be open until 3am, and I work night shifts) I get some line about the systems being down and only taking door dash and online orders. This last time she told me that (its the same employee every time), I downloaded the app and ordered from the parking lot. 30 minutes later I get handed a bag of ice cold food after watching the employee sit in the dining room on her phone doing nothing.

Wow! I must say I was pleasantly suprised! Service was awesome and quick! Food was made Well and looks great! Dining area is cute and modern up to date. Really enjoyed our dining in experience!

The employees at this location sure have changed over the years. They are horrible!! When you pull up to the drive thru window, they look at you as if you interrupted their break. They do not speak to you and good luck getting more than a few sauce packets. Is the candidate pool that shallow right now?
