The difference from the photo to what I got should be criminal. 7 crunched up chips. Wife got chicken enchiladas and there was no sauce, just chicken and rice. Every time the order is messed up. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was shocked that 6 tacos a couple of teaspoons of beans and of rice cost over $30.00 for lunch for 2 people. I could have gone to a nice eat in resturant and had larger.portions and better tacos for a few dollars more. It also cost us $3 more to have tomatoes and sour cream on our tacos. Unlikely I will ever eat here again. On the plus side, the cashier was friendly, and the place was mostly clean and had a large parking lot. The women workers (specifically old white lady with no teeth and a black/mixed girl day shift) stare at you and don’t smile and you pay $9 for 3 old tacos. Shells not even soft anymore. Pulled up here in the drive thru one night and nobody answered. Tried it again another night and the guy said, “hang on let me check the meat.” how appetizing is that? Not to mention half the workers have no teeth. Really bad for the company’s image. This is the worst Taco Bell. Price per person $10–20

The team seemed a little thinned out this evening. The service that I did get from the only employee that was available was pleasant. I decided to order from the kiosk, because there wasn't someone there to take my order for a considerable amount of time. The next customers did the same thing. Had to sign in the app, with email confirmation this go around, but it did sign me in. Placed my order thru the app and had to update my payment method then submitted the order. Immediately saw parts of the order was wrong, as I didn’t order spicy potato tacos nor bean burritos, not sure were that came from, because everything in my order was specialty, no lettuce, no beans, etc. App then signed me out and had to email confirmation the sign in yet again, must be having issues. Told that to them as soon as we got to the store. Lady at pickup was rude and had attitude, and refused to make the correct food, said she didn’t feel comfortable, whatever that’s supposed to mean. I was charged and showed her the bank app proving the charge and she still refused and said she has no control over the app. Offered to take our payment again PLUS more money at the store because it’s cheaper in the app. Hmm, I’ve already paid once and you want me to pay again, while giving attitude, don’t think so. Left with being charged and NO FOOD, told to call Taco Bell Monday. Obviously a technical error, but the customer service was horrible. Won’t be using the app anymore, nor this store.
