You DO NOT want to visit this location. Horrible in every aspect a "fast food" restaurant can be. Longest waits ever experienced for no visible reason. Waited 20 mins. at the drive thru, did not move, did not even get to the ordering speaker. Can easily take 30 mins. to get your "fast food", again for no reason. On a positive note, the TB location in Belmont is 2 miles away and 10x better, in every aspect a real fast food restaurant can be. Read the reviews! Save your sanity and drive to the Belmont or Mountain Island locations!!! Over an hour wait for one meal. The employees were great and doing their best but severely understaffed. Only 3 workers with one being dedicated drive-thru. If this is a franchise location, corporate should take it over ASAP!
