My boyfriend got 3 party packs at the Richland Taco Bell and drove an hr home to find out they didn't give our family of 8 any sauces. Jaime, the Drive-Thru Team Member is the BEST! He was very respectful, courteous, friendly, pleasant, and had a genuine smile! He ensured that my order was accurately prepared with care. I ordered three crunchy supreme tacos and a Mexican Pizza. The food was fresh, hot, and hit the spot! I’m local and always have issues with this Taco Bell, tonight at about 9 o clock I had ordered food and they forgot to charge for one item and didn’t give me two items I paid for, usually I don’t check all the food I get until I’m home and often times I’m missing items, I only got half way home this time before realizing and went back to get the items that I did not have when I got there they weren’t necessarily rude but said they forgot to ring me up for one of the items but had the other 2 ready and that I needed to pay for the item they forgot to ring up. There’s no reason that they shouldn’t make right what they messed up especially since this is an ongoing issue. Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
