So we've went here multiple times and things seemed to go well but this recent time, I'm not sure who's parade was rained on, but dang did our order get all screwed up.
We ordered beefy 5 layers and got beef melts instead
The food wasn't wrapped really so everything was spilling out into the bag
Then the food itself looked like a mess
We got a dipping taco and 2 spicy potato soft tacos and this is how they turned out looking
I didn't get a picture cause at that point I just say whatever cause I was hungry but the spicy potato taco, literally had maybe 4 chunks of little potatoes and a huge handful of lettuce and I had that spilling lettuce all over

I delivered a few door dashes from this location. Every time there is not a team member even NEAR the counter. It takes 5 minutes to even see one. The place is a sty with napkins and spills all over the dining room. The only positive part is that the order takes so long to be prepared I can hang out in the bathroom as long as I'd like (a commodity uncommon for dashers.)

I enjoyed them this time, but not always up to par.
The staff, drive through... ARE ALWAYS PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT.

So lately the staff here on night shift are a bit rude and don't seem to like working my tacos weren't filled like suppose to be a d twice now the crunch wraps I received 4 in all didn't have the meat in them. And when I called to report it the manager on duty argued with me. I have pics to show as well all in all a very big disappointment.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla with extra chicken and they never put it on the recipt or even gave it to me this place must have very incompetent people who can't even get an order right and they need to listen to what is ordered and get the order right I mean come on we actually tell them what we want and they can't get the order right..... don't know if I'll go back to this location bc they don't do a very good job anyways ... HOW HARD IS IT TO GET AN ORDER RIGHT WHEN YOU ORDER IT AND TELL THEM WHAT U WANT!!!!!

Their high chairs for children wasn't cleaned they look like they haven't been clean in a hot minute. I picked the trash bag up that was on one thinking it was clean nope it was dirty also. I think they need to be cleaned after someone uses them. Yes I asked for someone to clean it and she did say sorry about that. I did say it's fine it happens but it's kinda annoying. Both them being dirty then after I left I put it back and there was a girl cleaning the lobby and didn't even go clean it GROSS.

Pretty standard taco bell. Got the chicken quesadilla and it was okay. Service was fairly fast but not too speedy. Strange they only have one checkout/service window that handles both the payment and the food delivery though.

This place is so nice especially for a Tacobell I mean the bathrooms are always cleaned the insides cleaned the foods always hot and fresh and the customer service is amazing I didn't know their could be such nice people!!
