Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to.. I've been eating Taco Bell for 35 years... and have given this location about 5 or 6 try's cause I live near it. But not 1 time have they ever been better than the worst I've seen.... I cant do it anymore... they're awful Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food here has never been disappointing, but that's of course when I can actually get it at all or in a timely manner. I went by Sunday night at 8:30, 3 cars ahead of me in the drive thru, about 4-5 cars in the parking lot. When I was greeted at the drive thru speaker I was told that it would be an extremely long wait if I wanted to order. I was basically being told to leave. It was going to be an extremely long wait in the drive thru or going inside. The man speaking to me was not rude or anything, but being told that is kind of crazy. I'm only leaving a bad review bc 4 out of 5 times when I stop here to grab food, the service and wait times are absolutely ridiculous. I honestly must have the worst timing ever, because I don't know how they are still in business if what I've experienced is normal. I do appreciate them letting me know it would be a long wait, luckily no one had pulled in behind me, so I was able to reverse out, but for them to be trying to get rid of business when it's only as busy as it was is crazy. There was also an employee outside taking a break while this was occurring. I totally understand if they had been there a long time and really needed their break, everyone needs one and is entitled to it, but just a little weird to see when I'm being told they can't handle the orders they already have. I hope they can get things figured out, but it's been like this for a very long time. Food: 5 Service: 1

Excellent service! Correctness of order. No excessive wait time. Much improved!!! I am not "in the know" regarding ownership/ management, whether there has been a change, or when. What I do know is that the quality of service and accuracy of orders has much improved as compared to a year or so back.
