Denied ordering as it turned to 1 AM. I was fighting with getting my window, rolled down because the vehicle is damaged by hit-and-run. Simple item to make employees are just lazy. I have ordered from here and I had a really long wait. I get that you are short staffed but when people apply and you reject them it is very counter productive. I know I applied for a part time position because I am disabled, but it would have been nice to hear anything. If you want a long wait because of short staffing, by rejecting applicants willing to work, this is the place. These guys can literally never get a single thing right. I keep ordering to give them another chance and they keep managing to mess it up. I pay for extra onions and I do not get them. I pay to add his to my burrito and I do not get it. I ask for no jalepeno sauce (because I hate it) and they mark my wrapper saying “no jalepeno sauce” and then add it in anyways. I’m honestly sick of it. How hard is it to leave something off that a customer doesn’t want or to add the things they pay extra for? Extremely difficult, apparently. I used to order the cheesy bean and rice burritos because they had more in them than a bean burrito and were cheaper and now when you order them, they’re 70% tortilla and virtually no filling. Same with regular bean burritos. Bottom line, if you pay for something extra, they won’t give it to you but if you ask them to leave something off, they will. I’m tired of making simple requests and not getting what i’m paying for. If I pay extra for something, I expect to get it. This is a genuinely pathetic excuse for a bean burrito. I get that inflation is a thing, but there no reason that burritos should be less than half the size they used to be. This thing is mostly tortilla and hardly any beans. Only ever used the drive thru, but the food has consistently been as ordered, and the staff friendly. Couldn't ask for more than that. Hard to vegan items, as most of the sauces have eggs in them. I really hope that they can find some more good workers & I appreciate the ones working now but since the pandemic shut down service has been not good there. It would be nice to have the inside open too. I understand they’re probably short staffed but that doesn’t mean you can’t make the food right. I ordered 3 hard shelled tacos & 2 were partially cracked on bottom but 3rd was smashed to pieces. We always love us some Taco Bell...but the accuracy and customer service at this location sucks lately. Quesadillas and pizzas were not cut, plus the pizza was spilling out of it's box, refried beans were so over cooked they were black. When no sauce was given they told me to get back in the drive thru line for sauce. Wow, so many disappointments lately. Smh.
