I used the drive thru,The inside was closed due to short staffing, I believe. But the young lady who took my order was very patient and kind as it was a large order. The young man at the window, however, was not so kind. He shoved the drinks in my window. I almost spilled them all over the place and the bag of food he tossed in my window instead of handing it to me. But as I know this store, normally there awesome and super kind. We went through the drive thru and the two vehicles ahead of us left. That confused the cashier. It took 25 minutes to clear up. Was refunded our money and then recharged. It's one of my favorites for fast food tex-mex. Would give 5 stars on food, but like half the time, they're shiesty on the filling. Other than that, they're usually pretty friendly, and it's a decent place to dine in. I was there in Plainview in 2018 on a business trip. I ate lunch a couple of times at this Taco Bell and I have never had better at any other location. Their tacos are actually filled all the way. The Chalupas were good as well. To this day, this is the best Taco Bell I have been to. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I think it all depends on the Employees sometimes they do a Great job & other times they just throw everything in your bag and the hell with it BUT The Managers Should be on top of everything That's their job for the Customers to be happy with their service and especially their food.
