Horrible location , the staff was rude , and the food was even ruder . The fact that they even tried to feed my family the food is baffling . You'd think they would care at some point about the food they serve . It was cold , and tasted awful. I couldn't even force my dog to eat that garbage. Weirdest thing happened. The person taking orders had a horrible attitude. I could hear it through the speaker with the guy ahead of me. Same thing with me. It was so bad that when I picked up my food the manager took it back and tore off the survey part of my receipt. Note to self: never again in Millington

Don't go here. I went through the drive through. The lady on the speaker was extremely rude. She charged me for 2 orders I didn't order. Then had to refund me my money on my card. Half my food wasn't in the bag. I thought I had all my food but didn't when I got home. The food was half put together. The manager was sweet when I went back in there but I was informed that my money wouldn't be back on my card for 2 to 5 business days. It was all unnecessary. The woman on the speaker would of did her job and listened... I wouldn't of had all this chaos. Not pleased. Save yourself the trouble and drive to Munford. Period. 💯 Food: 1 Service: 1

The employees were singing, dancing, yelling out crude words and flashing each other. It took about 25 minutes to get our premade mobile order, and we were the only ones in the restaurant besides the drive thru. When I ate the food, a day later I got crippling food poisoning which made me throw up all day and I had to take a sick day because of this nonsense. Overall terrible. Taco supremes only half full with no sour cream and not tomatoes. So done with this location until ownership takes charge and starts putting out what the customer is already overpaying for

Yeah so my mom wanted Taco Bell. Ordered a Build Your Own Cravings Box, Deluxe Cravings Box, Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito (swapped with potatoes) and Grilled Cheese Nacho Fries (no beef). I get home and notice half my order is missing. I checked when I was there but it's late, I'm tired and so a second pair of eyes pointed it out. I drive all the way back out to get my order and maybe after 10-15 minutes, finally get what ends up being half of the missing half my order (which at the time I thought was 3/4). I finally got what I thought was the only missing item until I left. They forgot my mom's burrito too. Terrible experience. Never again Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 1
