They have a new system. No more cashier. You have to order your food in a computer at the lobby, very complicated, a lot of back and forth,I'm 78 and computer ignorant,this is not for me, I believe we should have the option,so I just found another nice place for my lunch,just around the corner. Carmen the drive-thru cashier was rude. My family and I ordered a Supreme Party Pack with half-hard tacos supreme and soft taco supreme. She ended up giving us all soft taco supreme. You MUST use a kiosk to place your order for food. I absolutely hate using those things. I don't work there, I came in to the counter to place my order there.
