Normally I never have a bad experience but tonight service was horrible. I wish I had my reciept to name the exact employees. After I expressed that my food was cold the refused to remake it and gave me extra taco shells. “Fries wouldn’t be cold after you dip them in the cheese” Cheese was cold as well. I haven't had the opportunity to write this review, but now I am. About two days ago I ordered a Breakfast box and asked them to add crumbled sausage and extra cheese to the breakfast crunch wrap...I paid the extra for the items, but didn't receive the extra items, and the Orange Juice cap was dirty (good thing they gave me a straw). Such a poor service at the mobile pickup as well as the drive thru. I come here almost every 3 days a week, and when I come in late night the ladies who are giving out food to me are always spot on with my order, but in the evening I don’t feel like coming here anymore. They really ruin your order and on top of that they are in the denial. I have to drive twice most of the time because they get my order wrong. I'm so confused at what the thought process was here. Even if the person filling these tacos were new or teenagers... you know you wouldn't be ok with this, so why would you give this to a paying customer?? One of the items on my order was the taco burrito pack. Every taco has less than a fifth of what would be in a normal taco. Literally just a little dab of meat. This is weird to me. How is this ok? I was at the drive thru the other night around 2:30am, and no one was answering the drive thru nor acknowledged me when I pulled up to the window. I saw some employees inside, but they pointed to me and talked with each other, never coming up to the window. The website says they close at 4am but maybe that’s a mistake? Love Taco Bell but not these night employees sadly. Service: 1

I can't believe how difficult it is to make a chili and cheese burrito? She rang it up them told me they didn't have it. If you could select it on your keyboard then you should sell it. every time i have gotten food from here the order has been messed up. they wrap crunch wraps terribly, gave us mountain dew instead of baja blasts, and gave a spicy potato taco instead of a soft beef taco

If it says you’re open but you just don’t want to work, close early! Not really one to leave reviews, but it’s rude and inconsiderate to just ignore customers late night because you don’t feel like working. It says you close at 4 but they just didn’t respond at the drive thru 2am and me and other cars just waited for a while until we decided we were purposely being ignored.
