The food was great but when I ordered I stood at the counter waiting to be given my cups for multiple minutes. There was a large white man with a white goatee who was not doing anything and ignored my waiting. Not until another worker, who put down her current task to come assist me, did I get my cup. came here to get my food tonight and took them 25 minutes to get my order the employees were arguing about what orders were done and what ones weren’t done all of the employees tonight had no customer service skills. This place is just a absolute mess and on top of that employees were standing on the side of the building smoking marjuana inserted the picture below and you can’t tell me it wasn’t because I smelt it every customer smelt it soon as you walked out the door and then they proceeded to go back inside and work. so i was taking my order right, this girl came to the speaker or whatever and asked what i want. i was giving my order, she asked me to repeat it, then when i did repeat it, she said you guys are closed. i am so disappointed in the Taco Bell Corporation Industry of Tacomaking Majors. all i wanted was to represent my favorite fast food chain, and they couldn’t even give me a singular taco. i am so hurt. I ordered a chicken cheesy Gordita crunch. When I got it, it was wrapped in a soft taco shell. I drove back through and the girl argued with me for several minutes that it was made properly. She finally admitted they didn’t have the proper Gordita shell but hadn’t bothered to tell me. I asked for a chicken Mexican pizza instead and got a goopy pile of grossness. Very disappointing.
