About
Mexican food is good at this place. Many guests of this fast food note that nicely cooked tacos are served here. A number of people have noticed that the staff is creative here. The fine service is a great benefit of Taco Bell. The enjoyable atmosphere gladdens visitors and attracts more clients. But google users rated this place and it didn't gain a high rating.

Normally pretty happy with this restaurant. But today I'm pretty disappointed with the lunch that I just got. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and with prices going up the way they are I was pretty dissatisfied with the condition it came to me in. It was placed in a smaller bag than usual and tipped on its side. The interior of it was spilling out all over the package and made nearly half of it uneatable. With the exception of this location, I LOVE T Bell. I stopped purely for the nacho fries, and the lady told me they stopped selling nacho fries. I was so confused because they literally just came back on the menu a week or two prior. I said as such, and the lady said they had been on the menu for a month. Just today, I found out the nacho fries have been going strong this whole time, and I've been boycotting T Bell for weeks because I thought they were gone. I'm very disappointed they lied to me. I had cancelled my order that day and had gone to Arby's instead when I heard the news. Another time I was at this location, the nacho fries had obviously been sitting out for a while rather than being freshly made. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Worst Taco Bell ever. Daughter had a surgical procedure done and wanted Taco Bell before we drove an hour and a half home. So we stopped quickly in the drive thru only to be told half way through the order that the screen wasn’t working and I had to come inside. So I did. 15 minutes later my food came up through their hole in the wall. After returning to the vehicle I noticed two items missing, when I went back inside, a lady working in the kitchen rudely yelled I wasn’t missing the two chalupas… the guy made ONE, and when I asked where the second one was I was called a liar and was told it was in the car. Refused to fix it, and said the best they could do was a free taco for the next visit. 35 minute visit and still didn’t get what I ordered, and the food I did get was terrible. Hardly anything in the shells and poor quality. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
This location has gone downhill fast. My family now visits this location as a last resort. The past three times I've ordered my same food items (Crunchwrap specifically) it's been pitiful. Barely any food in the wrap and I order add-ons that are either completely missing or minimal. I finally called last night (we had to stop there because our dinner plans fell through) and the "manager" had little to say, of course offered compensation, but I denied as I will never return here. I referred the reviews online and he said people only complain on here rather post positive reviews. Nice. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
I get it, staffing is hard, and no dining room means no cleaning. But I like to pay with cash, eat inside the restaurant, and actually make eye contact with the people serving me my food. Especially since I work on the road and need a chance to sit in a proper chair. In addition I've always felt that the human element introduces a better experience and a little bit of accountability from the staff when handling my food. Looking through the reviews it seems that this hidden, hands off, backroom experience suffers in quality for these reasons. Nice idea Taco Bell, but I absolutely hate it with a passion. Employees are way too happy to tell you the drive thru is closed. no cone blocking it off, no sign nothing. People leaving the store express they waited 15 minutes for food and not to bother going in. won’t receive further business from me at this location. what a joke

Hidden Gem of a Taco Bell. Being it's a taco bell, food rating is relatively ranked vs other taco bell- good, but well prepared not hurriedly that makes a mess or sloppily put together. Two stand outs, it's location makes it not overly busy so waits are minimal, secondly- staff is great, clear speech at order taking and very friendly efficient staff at pickup- both attributes better than peer stores nearby or elsewhere. Atmosphere, again it's a taco bell but- exceptionally clean and not too busy so better than most TB's I've visited. No dining room. Can only order from a screen in a vestibule, to be handed food thru a window where you can’t even see the employee’s face? Do better. I will never go back. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Interesting concept but employees don't seem to care about the service because they are hidden behind a wall. They prioritize drive thru orders over the in-store kiosk and mobile orders. You gotta get their attention through the hole in the wall. It was 30 min past my check-in and they were just "starting on it". Another 10 min I ask again and it's magically just sitting in the kitchen counter and not in the pickup window. Definitely not the place to go to on your lunch break. Don’t waste your time stopping here in the morning. Out of the 15 times I have stopped here in the morning over half of the times they either have a computer problem and can only take cash or most of the time there is an issue in the kitchen and food won’t be ready for 30 more minutes. If you’re craving a Taco Bell breakfast go to the one in Golden Valley off Louisiana Ave. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
