I have never made a review especially a bad one at that but due to yesterday’s events I am left with no choice but to. I went in on 12/16/2023 around 8-9 pm and ordered my food on the kiosk with no issues I ordered 2 Doritos locos tacos to be made with no cheese everything went smoothly until I got home right when I was about to eat my food I noticed my tacos had no beef I thought ok what a simple mistake let’s just call and let them know what happened. So I’m on the phone with mike (who stated he was the manager) I’m letting know of the mistake Mike asks me if I have the receipt and I kindly let him know that I actually didn’t receive a receipt even though I did put the option to receive my receipt through text so he says to give him a minute so he could look for the order I replied with ok and wait patiently he comes back after what seemed to be 5 minutes and says that I ordered no beef on my tacos. I was a bit confused so I replied and told Mike I didn’t order my tacos with no beef but I did order no cheese Mike replied with “ok give me a Second” I simply say ok after he comes back he says he won’t be able to remake it because I don’t have the receipt and that he would need an order number so I ask if I could just get a refund and he replied with no because I don’t have the receipt. Due to the frustration of the situation I hang up to avoid anything escalating and just decided to drive back over to the location. I arrived at the location and went through the drive through and let them know I had just called about my tacos missing beef and they tell me to pull to the window. As I pulled to the window Mike who I spoke to on the phone comes up to the window and tells me that he reprinted my receipt and shows us that we ordered no beef so I reply with ok I understand can we just get a refund then ? He replied with no because I didn’t have the receipt I say wait but you just reprinted my receipt and I let you know that I didn’t get receipt from the kiosk yet he insists that I cannot get a refund and he refuses to remake the tacos for me because I do not have a receipt and because I hung up the phone call “in his face” as he stated so he simply tells me and my husband to leave very rudely and slams the window very violently which I was very taken aback by because I have never experienced this kind of behavior from any fast food restaurant. I will be calling corporate management due to this event causing me mental distress.

I go to this location often and usually there's no issues; I get great food and great service but I went there close to closing on Tuesday 8/15 at ~1:15am and got the worse food and service I've ever experienced from here. The grilled cheese dippin tacos were EXTREMELY dry and missing cheese on one entire side and the marinated steak and jalapeño sauce were of scant portions. The cups of red sauce and cheese were half filled and the girl forgot my cinnabon delights. She said have a nice night with a nasty attitude and slammed the drive thru window closed with such extreme force that I was taken aback by it. Got home and was extremely disappointed with the food I paid almost $11 dollars for; and to top it off this didn't seem careless it seemed intentional. Only reason I didn't give one star is cause I go there often AND the Assistant manager Sue saved the day; she apologized on behalf of the worker and said she'd refer my complaint to the GM as well as correcting this gross mistake. Thank you Sue. (And to the young woman who served me...do better)

I order on the app and got Nachos and a Pepsi with no ice. What did I receive? A Pepsi with ice, why have the option to put no ice if your not even gonna pay attention to it. Then I got my nachos with cinnamon twists in them. I didn't order Cinnamon Twists at all and somehow there was 2 of them in my nachos. I'm never going to this location ever again. I've honestly never been so disappointed with a fast food place, even a restaurant in my life.

They made the order wrong of basic crunchy taco Supreme with extra cheese & sour cream & no tomatoes. How wrong can you get that???? Well they made the 3 tacos without lettuce. OH this was the second time. The made the order wrong to begin with by not putting the extras...so I asked them.to re make it since you pay for the extras...so out of spite they made the order without lettuce. Calling Corporate on Mo day.

Crunchwrap supreme had the equivalent of half a tablespoon worth of beef in it. The order was clearly rushed. Also, sauces weren't included when I requested them. The bathrooms reek..and associates are loud yelling at one another. Clearly not the classiest bunch.

Went to taco bell on 95th and Cicero. First I went to drive thru they would not except a $50. bill for a $33. bill total and, the cashier was soooo rude they should know if a bill is fake or not. But, all the workers were kids and, unfortunately these kids acted like it. Well I go to another store to buy something to get change. Come back and, went inside this time and, no one was at the stations. When I finally recieved service I ordered the exact same thing with a $37. bill.(????). WHAT! I understand between drive thru and inside counter cost but, $4. I've gone to this taco bell for a while, and I'm sick of it. They've lost another customer...if you still need taco bill go to another one they can't be as bad.

All of the previous reviews are correct. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. Idk what they have going on in there but my order is always wrong and very sparse on the ingredients. I always go though the drive thru and the service is fast in the drive thru which is one good thing about this location.

I know it’s Taco Bell, but the quality of food these kids put out the window is embarrassing. A crunch wrap without the tostada in it? It was like trying to eat a soup sandwich. Also a soft taco all wrapped up with the paper, I mean paper shell meat all wrapped together in one wad. Many other Chicago area locations are just fine, this one is pathetic.
