Once again even after I stressed #3 with soft shell supreme tacos I received just regular soft tacos. Add to the that the peach working the drive thru that didn’t even say one word to me and looked mad when I asked for hot sauce. This location has been a repeat issue on not giving what is ordered. Ordered at the machine and proceeded to wait for 30 minutes while everyone else got served. Went to ask what was taking so long and even didn't get so much as an apology for the wait. It amazes me that no matter where you seem to go, it's always the taco bell that provides the worst service. Will not be coming to this location again. Service: 1

As a long time resident here, this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever seen. The dining room has been closed since even before COVID almost all the time, resulting in very long drive thru lines - literally 30 minutes is the usual. Even the drive-thru is sometimes closed, like this Saturday lunch and all Sunday. Then you will always get some surprise coming here like this "cash only, closed Sunday" sign. These pictured lines are from 1:30pm on a Monday, not exactly even lunch hour!

We went thru the drive thru and ordered the 12 pk of crunchy tacos and mind you ordered the Supreme but low and behold should have checked again 😑 our fault but the price for 12 tacos barely filled the normal ingredients and to not be the Supreme that we ordered $32 seriously very disappointing. It's been years since we've eaten Taco Bell and I can honestly say this confirms why we don't go anymore and never will again. The young man @ the window was scraggly looking & un kept. He had dandruff flakes all over his black t shirt & a dirty look. This is someone serving your food & drinks. It was disgusting. When I got to the window & saw him I lost my appetite. On top of that the taco shell was Stale. I thru the whole meal in the trash . Taco Bell Should have a dress code & Cleanliness code.
