During and just after COVID this Taco Bell was the highest rated in the whole Denver metro area. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was warm and tasty. Then, it had highly limited hours for a period of time because of shortages in staff. After fully reopening it has not been the same and has started going down hill fast. At my last visit, the staff didn't even acknowledge me at the front counter when I came in to pickup my mobile order. I had to go through the drive thru and read my order number because they couldn't figure out the name on the order.

The dining room was locked at 1pm so we chose to go through the drive-thru. Be warned that you are trapped in the drive-thru lane with no way to drive around when the employees take over 20 minutes to serve 3 cars. They also got the order wrong after we waited for that long with no way to choose to leave. Ridiculous for a fast food joint. Taco bell shouldn't take longer than Chipotle. Honestly - I couldn't figure out how to use the new ordering system. Then I was told the double-decker doesn't exist. Cashier seemed very unimpressed with having to manually ring up my order - so I just left. Taco Bell - your new ordering kiosk is to confusing. Let me just order a double decker and Mexican pizza from a cashier.

I pulled through the drive through to pay for a cup of water and they said they did not sell those. I offered to pay two for the price of one and he said there was nothing he could do for me sorry about that playa. Can you believe that !!!! EVERY time I come here something is messed up. Today, that is not a grilled cheese burrito. If you go here, check your order before you even leave the window. Every time. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

It took 30 minutes to be handed a single burrito that was sitting for 15 then obviously microwaved because it was too cold. There was a line of 8+ cars the entire time I was there. Majority of the female team member’s I’ve talked to/ seen working are lazy and have an attitude problem. It’s a shame that I live here and have to travel out of town to find a good Taco Bell. 02 evening time I go to take delivery items there is no one who speaks with me I directly go go second window to take my order. The guy who is in second window scold me to hardly (why don’t you stop at speakers??.) I said I stop there no one speaks with me ) he angrily said me go again take a round again. I again take a round and speak with this staff but he can’t understand any thing what the staff is . Again he said come to second window to say order name. This was my crunch wrap. I called three times and they just picked up the phone without answering and hanging up. They've gotten little things wrong most of the times we've gone, but this was preposterous, and I can't ask them to make it right if they don't answer, shy of driving all the way back. Slowest TB on the planet. They don't update menu board so they display things they no longer have *chicken rolled tacos* and now they ask you to round up your total? But they don't say what for? They trap you in line for 20 mins then ask you for a bonus?
