After remodel feels very "sterile"& unfriendly. No one spoke when entered. Used kiosk ok, name called when order ready. No interaction, greeting. Doors on west side looked like they had been cleaned with greasy rag. Was group sitting over in corner, just loitering. Didn't see them get any food. Used to be my favorite Taco Bell. Not any more. Food was stale and poorly made. Even if they're short staffed any true effort would be appreciated instead of excuses. Customer service and pride in your work is a long ago long-foregone conclusion .
