Spent about 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch waiting (STUCK) in the drive threw waiting to place my order. Left my car to go inside and find out. Employee said only 2 were working. One, Higher employees that show up, And put enough of em together on the same shift. 2, even with 2 people the line should have been moving faster then it was. They aren't making gourmet dishes. I had to ask the guy in front to hug the side so I could hop the curb to leave. Terrible 1st experience at this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was in the bathroom and I was washing my hands and there was a gentleman just get out from toilet and he didn’t wash his hand. I saw him from mirror and I noticed that he is working for Taco Bell and I followed him and watched him. He start taking care of the food and he didn’t even wash his hand or use gloves. I was trying to reach out to manager, but he was not working there that day.

This place is a Gem! For all the people who know, you know. When you working late or gaming late, Taco Bell hits hard. But I have always been disappointed at all the Taco Bells in Milwaukee and Racine. But not here! No, this place is Amazing! The team is solid and the place is always so clean! When I get my food I feel like it was taken out of a commercial. Perfectly packaged, and well made! Nostalgia at its finest! 5 out of 5! We stopped here because we were in need of a quick bite. Never again. The store wasn't open so we were forced to go through the drive through. We were stuck for over 30 minutes with no way out of the line. When we finally got to a window, the employee was rude and dismissive of my frustration. He indicated there were large orders. If a fast food place can't figure out how to balance that to keep things moving, it needs new management. We could have gone to a sit down with better food and service for the time we wasted at this pathetic excuse for a fast food restaurant. The food was decent and the place was somewhat clean. The staff was basically rude teenagers. Yes, the drive thru kept them busy, but hellos and thank you's go a long way. Heck, even saying my name to let me know my order is up is not hard. Look up, acknowledge someone and then get on with your conversation. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

This is by far the WORST Taco Bell I have ever gone to. The service was terrible the 1st time but given another chance due to location and a 15 passenger van full of hungry people on 8/20/2021 at 1:30pm. I waited almost 30 min as the cars were not moving. When my turn came up to order the person said cash only. I said ive been in line almost 30 min and someone should have informed these people in line of this by a sign or someone coming out. She said are you going to order or not. I proceeded to order needing to cut down the order to accommodate the need for cash we often do not carry much of. I was already frusterated because there was no where to turn around as the orders are done with no backing out capabilities for a small car at this point but especially for a 15 passenger van like I was driving. In ordering she could not hear me. I went to the next window to order by seeing her and said you really need a sign out there. She said I do not have time for that. I said can I speak to your manager. She laughed and said I am the manager, are you ordering or not. I posted an example of the small drive thru area your in and just before this is where the original ordering area is located and you go into whats in the photo.

I always have a great experience at this location! This last time Katina help me out even though I use the TB app which is by far the most superior app out of all the chains.
