I went to Taco Bell and got 2 of the $2 burritos I got the beefy something burrito and it didn’t have any beef in it at all it was all rice so it was a ricey burrito and I got the grilled chicken burrito but I opened it up to see how it was after I found out my beefy burrito didn’t have any beef in it and I only had three pieces of grilled chicken in it filled with everything else picture below i’ll drive trucks, so when I found out it was too late I was gone. I am tired of paying the price they ask for when I ask for my food and I get screwed every time this has to stop fast food is not any good anymore They are going up on the price but shorting us on the food this has to stop I will never stop there again then the grilled chicken burrito is hard as hell too. If you plan on going here save your money go to the store buy the ingredients and make it yourself it will be much better and you will have more of it. We just left this location, October 5 I didn’t get the two guys names, but they were phenomenal. Super nice. One of the drinks wasn’t the right drink, but he was smiling and laughing and it just made our day. It’s nice to have interactions with these when most of the places in Pasadena have issues but not here. The receipt said Tristan. My husband loves the chicken tacos. This location is a hit or miss. The chicken Cantina Soft Tacos are good but they over cooked the chicken. I couldn’t even bite into it. Definitely not coming back to this one anymore.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. It's been Taco Bell longer then I've been around so I think Taco Bell knows what their doing. Specifically this Taco Bell is clean and staffed well. They are quick and get it done The only issue I have here is not always getting my Taco sauce. This is very important Taco Bell get the Taco sauce on the bag every time. You can do it! When you go to the drive-through and you tell the drive-through attendant to make sure the food is a certain temperature or a certain way and you still get it their way and not the way that you ordered it is something that has me very puzzled. We must be living in Apocalyptic zombies days. People don't react to conversations anymore I guess you have to text them or Facebook them to get their full attention. This taco bell if they could they would charge you to breath. They are good at charging every single thing you ask for but when they mess up your order they get upset at you for noticing it. You all need to change your service ways or you all are going to loose alot of valued customers that are loyal to the brand.
