Taco Bell isn't as great as it used to be years ago but it is a dependable place to go when the munchies hit. I've enjoyed many of their menu items over the years with my all time favorites being the Mexican Pizza Combo and the Volcano Menu items. I was disappointed to find out that the Volcano Menu return did not include the Volcano Nachos but the Volcano Taco and Volcano Burrito were both as good as I remember. Fast, accurate service. My only complaint is when I omit something or an item, it appears I get less of everything else, I remove the tomatoes from my Chalupa Supreme and there is barely any meat, and I pay for extra beans in my 5 layer burrito but the amount is no more than the standard way it comes. Please correct the hours on your window if you’re not open to 4am. Although, I arrived at 10:29 to only order a drink. You had employees still inside the store and saw me trying to order. She finally came to the windows to say that they were closed. I said your store hours on the window says daily to 4 am. She told me they are on the website. When I’m at your location looking at your store hours on the window and see employees talking inside I don’t think to go look up your hours on the website. Just change them please. Service: 1

The girl making the food who had ignored me for the my entire visit and made my pintos and cheese INCORRECTLY , took the time to ask the young man who corrected HER mistake if he had charged me for the pinto and cheese???Like I would really waste my time, trying to scam Taco Bell out of a dollar worth of beans? So you didn’t see me hand the pinto and cheese that were made incorrectly back to him, you didn’t see him stop at the end of your assembly line and put down the incorrect pinto and cheese, but you saw that he was making some thing for me, and that’s when you chose to step in? Maybe worry about making the food correctly the first time, instead of trying to imply that people are stealing. If you spent more time focused on YOUR actual job, maybe you would’ve gotten the order right in the first place. Have to say, this Taco Bell always nails it. Friendly service, always accurate orders, even with multiple special requests, and they hook me up with plenty of sauces. Do not order online from this location. 80% of my order was missing. I drove up to the store to see if they would correct the error, and while they did correct the order, I got attitude the whole time. I was very polite. They were not. I went to this place around 11 AM go to pick up a order, I walked in, and the lady just looked at me, then there was another lady in the back who looked at me three times, mind you neither one of them said one word to me. No acknowledgment at all! After about five minutes, the lady walks out of the restroom and asked me what I needed. On my way to drop off the Order the lid was not on the beverage correctly and it was splashing all over my vehicle. When I get to the drop off location, the customer had ordered iced coffee but instead they got hot tea! This was a prime example of people that flat out did not care! Actually the best Taco Bell I’ve been to! This location was sooo fast. We barely had to wait, which is a miracle because most TBs take their sweet sweet time (like the Taco Bell on pipeline in hurst). They also did a good job at not being skimpy with the fillings. At other TBs they add the filling only to the middle and the rest is empty. The cheesy gordita crunch with black beans: delicious. The crunch wrap supreme also very good. 10/10 would recommend this Tbell. I also appreciate that the people working at the window were looking at the sunset. I don’t even want the food no more! Smh please get a new person to work the drive thru or to work period cause customer service at its lowest here.
