My son works here his name is Jalil I never was a Taco Bell fan until my son started working there and I started actually buying food. I must say that the food is actually pretty good. Considering that it is A fast food Hispanic food restaurant. And every time I go. The I don't ever go when he's working. I go when he's not but the employees that work. There are all very good are very personable polite, they're very helpful. Management is awesome. So I just thought that I would put that out there. This is my go to taco bell, and I always place my orders on the app. As someone who has food allergies and is a picky eater it'd be wonderful if my order could be made correctly. There have been multiple times that I pick up my order and my food is incorrect and I won't eat it. It's always mine, and I'm lucky that other people in my household will eat it so I'm not wasting money. However I find it frustrating that it's wrong to begin with. The orders are put in on the app, so everything is right there for people to see, im not sure how it always gets messed up. Also, make the Watermelon freeze a permanent drink. First off, my receipt didn’t have a survey code where we could leave a review which is trash because legit, this was the BEST order that I’ve ordered online in for-freaking-EVER. I just want to say that there’s another Taco Bell a little bit farther away from us that we usually go to because it’s on the way home and they mess up our order every time, not only that, my Crunchwrap had like ZERO meat. You guys have 10000000% earned our business, and we will not forever order from you as long as we live here. Thank you guys for being freaking phenomenal and not skimping us on our order. I normally don’t eat more than a taco and some and if it’s not good, it’s legit a waste of protein but shiiiiieeet you guys delivered! Thank you SO much again. Your team freaking ROCKS!!! Even when they are fixing a mistake, they still mess up. They messed up on two different orders. I wasn't concerned with the first one. Yeah, it was $4 that I didn't get the food. But when they messed up the second time. I submitted a concern on the app. And the next day, I get a call, from someone offering to fix it. I was told "Just come inside and tell them your name, and we will replace all the missed food". So today I do that. And they can't find anything with my name on it. The cashier said "We'll just give it to you". And they only replaced one portion of the food that was messed up on. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
